Organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office
Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
Provide a complete administrative service to the concerned Manager(s)
Provide a complete correspondence service, typing (Arabic & English) and routing correspondence as necessary and drafting replies where appropriate. .
Maintain file record of all the incoming and outgoing correspondence and letters and Maintain systematic filing records of all documents.
Manage and control the archival of site documentations.

Requirements:

- Degree holder
- Good technical knowledge of HVAC, pluming and fire protection for buildings
- 10-12 years experience in execution of HVAC installations in various high quality buildings to international and GCC standards including central chillers, AHUs, FCUs, packaged units, central split units, chilled water piping, ducting, air distribution, various piping systems, sanitary ware, tanks, heaters, fire sprinklers, hose reel, controls, BMS etc
- You should be self motivated, disciplined, honest team player
- Good management skills to lead a team of engineers, supervisors and electricians
