Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Analyst I to join our Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) team. The selected candidate will assist in providing sustainment support services (operational engineering and logistics support) globally for some 25,000 vehicles including the Army's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles, or MRAPs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions supporting logistics efforts.
  • Analyze and coordinate the logistical functions.
  • Record, maintain and initiate work order documentation for acquisition of component items from vendors.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance.
  • Packing, shipping, receiving, transportation of parts, items and equipment.
  • Reports to Senior Logistician or Supply Supervisor.


Required Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of qualified logistical experience and a BA/BS degree (OR) 9+ years of qualified logistical experience.
  • Experience in receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  • Experience in inventory and requisition supplies and maintaining stock of supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
  • Willingness to accept both temporary and permanent CONUS & OCONUS transfers to other assignments if needed.
  • Ability to deploy to risky hostile ("war zone") environments if required.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategically manage and guide the logistics operations for the Brigade and Battalion Headquarters, ensuring compliance with DoD and Army supply policies.
  • Maintain an active Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) account and understand how to read and request changes to the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE).
  • Assist the Property Book Officer (PBO) in ensuring 100% accountability of equipment, making sure all authorized equipment is on hand according to MTOE/TDA.
  • Manage excess equipment and redistribute it throughout the Brigade, and monitor unit supply personnel actions in the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
  • Collect and maintain the 160th Signal Brigade property book and hand receipts using GCSS-Army, LOGTAADS, MTOE and TDA, AESIP, AESIP LMR, Common Table of Allowances (CTA), and SB 700-20.
  • Track transportation shipments in AESIP Parts Tracker and take action to expedite delivery when required by the Government.
  • Prepare Transportation Control and Movement Documents (TCMD) and load plans, and ship government equipment, supplies, and material via various approved methods.
  • Support the collection of reports on all equipment within the 160th Signal Brigade and coordinate with subordinate units to ensure proper reporting of Modified Work Orders (MWO).


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Security Clearance: Must possess an active SECRET clearance.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.

Summary

HII - Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to be assigned to Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar who will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the supply chain and logistics operations in Qatar. You will coordinate with logistics and warehouse operations and employees to direct daily supply chain operations. This person will also Ensure timely receipt of products from supplier in accordance with purchase order requirements while ensuring the monitoring and management of all logistics functions and optimal inventory levels are maintained.

In addition to your base salary this role will provide assistance with housing and other necessitates required to reside in Qatar.

What You Will Do

  • Be responsible for submitting requests, tracking and receiving material in order to perform all maintenance, repairs, and service calls IAW procedures established by ECONS. This will require use of approved inventory management system and work order management system, to requisition, track, handle, and issue material.
  • Prepare purchase request documents and micro-purchases to support existing and forecasted requirements.
  • Provides in-depth analysis of transportation costs, parts procurement, backorders, and delivery procedures.
  • Implements Activity Register and tracks product flow from origin to final delivery.
  • Builds relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives. Integrates learning from customers, competitors, operating entities, distribution, transportation, customer service, other industries, industry groups, and professional training to continuously improve competitive position.
  • Track all material requisitions throughout entirety of the acquisition process until the materials have arrived and been issued. This will also include tracking, maintaining, organizing and cleaning warehouse space.
  • Use inventory control procedures, examine and determine shortage, quantities, document daily deliveries analyze and make recommendations of suppliers, update systems and reports, and any other duties as assigned.

Serco supports the US Army as a prime contractor to provide IBDSS Integrated Product Support (IPS). Our team offers Training, Fielding, Site Survey, System Installation and De-Installation, Maintenance, Remote support, Care of Supplies in Storage, Supply, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS), Packaging, Handling, Shipping, and Transport, and disposal.

You will be part of a team of logisticians, technicians, and field service representatives that work closely with our Army customer to support base defense systems.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide sustainment support to military and civilian customers in overseas, austere, and non-austere environments. You will support forward deployed equipment and procurement of repair parts.
  • Conduct warehouse operations to include inventory; shipping and receiving; transportation of real property both CONUS and OCONUS.
  • Support program logistics using Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Track equipment transfers between organizations and associated property management operations and systems such as Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A).
  • Comply with DOD regulations and host country laws, policy, and regulations that govern contract personnel operating at overseas locations.


Qualifications

To be succes sful in this role, you will have:
  • Two (2) to seven (7) years' experience providing sustainment support overseas theater environments.
    • May substitute four (4) years of additional relevent experience for education.
  • Experience must include conducting inventory in accordance with current Army policies and familiarity with Army global logistics and sustainment operations.
  • Knowledge of the Army Acquisition Process for End Items and procurement of repair parts.
  • A DoD Secret Level Security Clearance
  • Must be willing to travel 75% of the time.


Additional de sired experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in equipment management transfers between organizations and thereafter property management operations and systems, e.g. Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-A).
  • Familiarity and recent experience (within the last 4 years) with Army Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) database systems such as:
    • Logistics Modernization Program (LMP),
    • COLTS,
    • Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS),
