Purpose

We are currently seeking a Change Management Consultant to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of a significant program in our organization.

The consultant will play a crucial role in managing people side of the changes, ensuring that organizational transitions are executed smoothly, with minimal disruption and maximum engagement from all stakeholders, in a way to achieve the required business outcomes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Change Management Consultant is expected to work as part of big projects teams, regarding the people impact and engagement management. This consultant will be responsible for:

• Develop a robust change management strategy that aligns with the overall program goals and program objectives.
• Create a detailed change management plan detailing key activities, timelines, and resources required.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify all impacted parties and understand their concerns, needs, and expectations.
• Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure ongoing communication, involvement, and support, specially mapping and managing resistances.
• Design and implement an effective communication strategy to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project. Define specific types of communications which are clear, consistent, and tailored to different audiences.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify how changes will affect different parts of the organization.
• Assess the training needs related to the changes and develop comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps.
• Plan, organize and facilitate the trainers training sessions to provide resources to help employees adapt to new systems, processes, or roles.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to leaders, managers, and employees to help them navigate the change process.
• Establish support structures such as change networks or champions to reinforce change initiatives.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track the progress and effectiveness of change management activities.
• Identify potential risks and challenges related to the change initiative and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders at various stages of the project to understand their experiences and concerns.
• Maintain the documentation of all change management activities, plans, and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to project leaders and stakeholders on the progress and impact of change management efforts.
• Create during the project execution a change management framework which can be utilized as a model for different projects.
• Responsible for Readiness and Adoption of the Different processes, Operating Model and IT Solutions.

• Act as a specialist for Change Management and adjacent domains.
• Expert knowledge in the entire Change Management Life Cycle.
• 10+ years of experience in big projects with focus in people engagement and training.
• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field. Human Resource graduated can also be qualified for the function in case have experience with IT projects. Or similar knowledge.

Functional Competencies

• Certification in Process Management such as Six Sigma is a plus.
• Overall understanding of IT (Architecture, Development, Infrastructure)

Purpose:

We are currently seeking to enhance our Enterprise Asset Management processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, more precise reporting, enhance overall asset lifecycle management and ultimately maximize the value of assets.

We are specifically interested in leveraging industry best practices to optimize our processes, rather than focusing solely on technology or platform-specific solutions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate our current Asset Management Processes: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop a comprehensive data-driven re-engineering plan: Outline industry best practices for our specific industry and asset types.
• Provide resources and expertise:
  • Experience in Design and Delivering Best industry standard EAM systems. I
  • In depth experience of data, data transformation, process deployment, integrations, system processes, automation, simplification, standardization, asset portfolio, maturity framework & assessment, risk profiling, asset management policies.
  • Support in implementing best practice asset management in the asset portfolio (following ISO55000 Asset management standard), working closely with functional teams across the business to optimize commercial (asset life and value maximization) and technical performance.
• Define Asset management Master Data categories, asset data quality, and initiatives to improve and sustain its quality.
• Assist in detailed Asset management processes (level 4 = workflows) for priority process areas that ensure improved asset data quality and control, and should be consistent with IHS Architecture.
• Support in maintaining and ensuring Asset Management activities are undertaken in accordance with local legislation and HSE policies.
• Developing metrics for measuring the success of Asset management implementation.
• Work collaboratively with our team: Open communication & collaboration throughout the process and equip our team with the necessary knowledge & skills to implement the revised processes.
• Develop overall knowledge of Finance & different Operations of IHS. Excellent understanding and experience of Management Processes, Business Processes, Financial Processes & Support Processes.
• Drive Process Automatization and efficiency enhancement. (Operation Process Mapping, Process Improvement). Being able to translate those processes and business needs.

• Act as SME for Asset Management and adjacent domains.
• Expert knowledge in the entire Asset Management Life Cycle.
• 10+ years of experience in Operational Process Design and Improvement.
• Very good knowledge on EAM adjacent domains such as Warehousing & Supply Chain.

Purpose

The HRMS Solution Architect ensures HR technology solutions align with the strategic goals of IHS, providing systems with enhanced user experience that support the business process needs of the HR organisation.

This role is responsible for developing the process, solution design, and implementation strategy for a comprehensive Human Resource Management Systems that optimizes HR processes and enhances organizational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design an integrated HRMS solution using SAP Success Factors for a multi-location single-instance enterprise deployment.
• Develop the solution architecture for a robust HRMS solution, ensuring synergy and alignment with IHS business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integrations and touchpoints with other systems and processes.
• Develop a data migration and maintenance strategy, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP Success Factors, providing technical insights and recommendations on generally industry best practice standards.
• Engage with principal HR and IT stakeholders to understand their business/technology requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to gather detailed requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide valuable insights regarding relevant industry trends and potential HR solution roadmaps.
• Develop detailed documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and project plans.

Purpose

To support R2R process across IHS, perform General Ledger Accounting, Closing and Reporting for the assigned entities and finalize high quality balance sheet reconciliations in line with internal controls framework and external reporting/compliance standards.

Key Interface

Customers/Partners in the region (including entity Finance Directors), Group Finance team, External/Internal Auditors, and other functions within the SSC.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all Month End Closing Activities, including the calculation and processing of manual journal entries,
• Process and reconcile of intercompany transactions
• Perform FX revaluation
• Perform account analysis to ensure completeness of entries and accuracy of account balances
