- Monitoring PortsDirect mailboxes to identify and retrieve supplier invoices
- Search the PortsDirect application and Excel worksheets for the relevant port call using the vessel/voyage/port/ name as provided by the supplier
- Verify the costs charged on the invoices against the agreed tariffs and discounts
- Process supplier invoices and enter the same into the PortsDirect system
- Submit supplier invoices and PD fee invoices to DA-Desk
- Liaise with DA-Desk, PortPayables and customers to verify payment status for PortsDirect invoice
- Prioritize tasks and take necessary actions to resolve any issue or to answer any query
- Written and verbal correspondence with suppliers, DA-Desk staff and operators
- Data entry, data management and maintainance of Quality Control in PortsDirect system
- Streamline communications between customers, suppliers and DA-Desk
