What will you do:

Team Supervision:

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Guest Room Cleaning and Quality Control:

Inspect guest rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s standards for cleanliness, presentation, and amenities.

Ensure staff follows cleaning procedures for both rooms and public areas, and that all equipment and supplies are used safely.

Address any guest complaints or issues related to room cleanliness or maintenance promptly and professionally.

Staff Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service standards.

Conduct performance reviews and give constructive feedback to team members to improve their efficiency and service delivery.

Motivate the team and foster a positive, cooperative working environment.

Inventory and Supply Management:

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, and report any shortages to the Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper.

Ensure that housekeeping staff is well-equipped with necessary tools and supplies, and that these items are used efficiently.

Schedule and Shift Management:

Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, adjusting as needed based on occupancy and guest needs.

Ensure that all shifts are covered appropriately and that the team adheres to their assigned schedules.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management Or Equivalent Degree

Opera Software, Win cloud knowledge

Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
