Sales Manager - Bullion Trading

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager (Trading) supports the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and profitability in the trading sector. This role involves identifying new client opportunities, building and maintaining existing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Key account Manager

What Youll Be Doing

  • Adheres to sales forecast and strategic plan to ensure optimization and profitability of the Business Unit
  • Provides sales forecasts and ensures that the brand/category function is informed for required actions
  • Manages sales operations, regularly monitors day-to-day operations, including checks on prospective clients, negotiations and the design of competitive sales packages
  • Visits customer frequently to take orders, confirm delivery details and stock levels
  • Records progress of enquiries and creates regular reports, including source of business trends, enquiry conversion rates, future predicted sales and other reports as directed by the sales manager
  • Promotes the business to new and existing clients and secures new and repeat business by networking at various sales and corporate events
  • Advises customers on forthcoming product developments and discusses special promotions
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, email, and networking; identifies and develop new customer accounts to increase sales
  • Prepares documents related to sale and supports contracting activities like purchase agreements, contracts, etc. in coordination with the Legal department
  • Maintains and files all related documents and ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
  • Provides customers with clarifications, answers queries, provides requested information and follows-up with customers
  • Provides accurate and timely forecasting on a periodic basis, and discusses inefficiencies related to the performance of the sales; prepares sales reports and summaries on a frequent basis
  • Evaluates customer and is responsible for applicable background checks to ensure customer falls within the Business Unit’s guidelines
  • Ensures all logistics related to sales orders and delivery are in place
  • Ensures timely collection of receivables from clients (when applicable)
  • Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in furniture retail industry
  • Must be flexible with working in different shifts and at various locations within Dubai

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Services Co-ordinator to manage daily fleet operations, fuel distribution scheduling, and vehicle compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and LDO (Light Diesel Oil) logistics, safety procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Program and National Test Center Coordinator

Overseas Contingent III, (100% FTE-Full-Time), Grade 003

The Program and National Test Center Coordinator serves as the on-site University of Maryland Global Campus representative responsible for providing academic, administrative and testing support services, community outreach, and customer relations management. The Program and National Test Center Coordinator is a front-line staff member that provides the best possible services to current and prospective students and engages as a team member. This position reports directly to the Site Lead (SL), and if no Site Lead is assigned to the site, to the Assistant Director (AD). The Program and National Test Center Coordinator must work effectively with the AD and the Regional Director (RD), local Program Coordinators and staff, education center personnel, faculty, administrative staff , and the military community at large. There will at times be site specific duties that differ from location to location. Occasional evening/weekend hours; travel may be required.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide students with superior customer service as an advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle in a fast-paced environment, using various communication channels, to include in-person visits, telephone, e-mail, and videoconferencing.

  • Promote and support localized UMGC services to include hybrid classes, testing services, and university sponsored events as assigned at site(s).

  • Provide operational and administrative duties as needed to ensure offices and test centers (if applicable) are properly maintained by test agency standards.

  • Maintain and expand knowledge and proficiency with UMGC systems to include all customer relationship management (CRM) databases to include Salesforce, Peoplesoft, and other university sponsored systems.

  • Document all student contact through UMGC's Customer Relations Management System and schedule appropriate follow-up activities

  • Provide daily customer service and communicate with prospective and current students in a fast-paced, in person environment and also, through phone, email, CRM, and video communications

  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Education Services Officer (ESO), Specialists/Counselors, military partners, and equivalents. Provide periodic briefings as allowed to update military representatives on UMGC programs of interest.

  • Organize and participate in local outreach activities to include, Education Fairs, Open Houses, Semester Start-ups, Student Appreciation Days, Local Graduations and other events as needed, professionally representing UMGC

  • Track and analyze class enrollments and student interest, as well as local degree progression, to provide input on scheduling; ensure classrooms are provided with adequate space and needed technology for class instruction; be present at the first class session to provide assistance to instructors and students; and assist faculty in obtaining base access to attend class on their assigned installation

  • Provide assistance with processing students' military documentation (i.e. Tuition Assistance forms, orders, etc.)

  • Distribute marketing, advertising, and mass media materials at assigned locations when permissible

  • Execute site specific outreach plans and participate in outreach events to support university goals towards recruitment and retention

  • Provide National Test Center testing services on a basis that meets community demand while balancing other, outlined duties and maintain NTC trainings/certifications as required

  • Participate in UMGC staff meetings, professional development activities and training sessions as required

  • Maintain appropriate communication with immediate supervisor and other UMGC staff to ensure timely resolution of student issues/escalations

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or foreign degree equivalent

  • Background in customer service

Benefits Package Highlights:

  • Generous Time Off: Enjoy between 15 and 25 days of paid vacation time off, depending on your years of service, 15 days of sick leave, 3 personal days, and 11 Federal holidays. Part-Time rates will be prorated based on Full-Time Equivalency.

Additional Compensation:

Job Purpose

This role is expected to not only provide routine financial reports for performance review & analysis, but also deliver business finance support to commercial team in the highly competitive KSA market. This will require the candidate to use strong analytical tools to integrate financial data and business outlook/market dynamics to generate meaningful reports & highlights, and further support business leaders to generate actionable initiatives.

How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
  • Track and evaluate the financial performance by different dimensions (channel/product/customer), including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Work closely with the commercial and pricing teams to provide financial support in decision-making related to pricing, promotions and sales deductions
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of business cases for new projects and initiatives
  • Customer profitability review with commercial to drive performance improvement and monitor execution of rebates, CAPEX and OPEX investments in compliance with contracts
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, to provide accurate and timely financials insights
  • Performing monthly variance and trend analysis to find reasons for deviations in results relative to budget and forecast
  • Partner with marketing team to manage the overall advertising/sales promotion budget
  • Support the financial control processes and ensure compliance with international accounting standards and Valvoline guidelines
  • Support the Order-to-cash activities and monitor customer collections
  • Conduct comprehensive product profitability analysis, including but not limited to volume, rate, mix analysis, cost trends and macro-environment impacts
  • Review manufacturing analyses and variances and initiate appropriate actions by partnering with manufacturing process owners
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals related to sales incentives, rebates and promotions
  • Ad hoc reports and tasks
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
  • Professional qualification or Master degree in finance, economics or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment.
  • Strong and proven knowledge of Accounting. (Big 4 experience would be a plus)
  • Fluency in English language, both verbal and written. (Arabic language experience is a plus)
  • IT skills - Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Excel, financial modeling, reporting/financial systems (SAP preferred).
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communicative skills in different cultures and a flexible and service minded attitude. Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment, able to meet deadlines.

Senior Electrical Engineer

Engineering & Design

  • Prepare electrical design deliverables for EPC projects.
  • Develop and review:
    • Single line diagrams (SLD)
    • Load lists and power distribution schemes
    • Cable schedules and routing layouts
    • Earthing & lightning protection layouts
    • Hazardous area classification drawings
  • Perform electrical load calculations and short-circuit studies.
  • Selection and sizing of:
    • Transformers, switchgear, MCCs
    • UPS, battery chargers
    • Motors and VFDs
    • Lighting systems (industrial & hazardous area)
  • Coordinate with process, mechanical, instrumentation, and civil teams.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Prepare technical specifications and datasheets.
  • Review vendor drawings and documents.
  • Conduct technical bid evaluations.
  • Support procurement and expediting teams.
  • Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).

Project Execution

  • Support site team during installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.
  • Resolve site technical issues.
  • Supervise electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.

Testing & Commissioning

  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning of:
    • HT/LT panels
    • Transformers and motors
