Job duties and responsibilities

  • Capable of reading blueprints and drawings and taking measurements to plan the layout and procedures.
  • Proficient in making plate or pipe welds of any size on all base material, all thickness and pipe diameter of any size and all position.
  • Capable of selecting the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios as per the different requirements.
  • Preparing metals and work surfaces to ensure safe and effective assemblage.
  • Competent in preparing both metals and work surfaces for the relevant production process.
  • Competent in measuring, cutting, and drilling materials to meet the specifications of the project.
  • Testing the strength of each join during and after project completion.
  • Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required.
  • Measure, cut, gouge, install, & manipulate stainless steel fabrication and install as required.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, materials, & deadlines throughout the project.
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements).

Job qualifications/requirements

  • 2 – 2 ½ years of proven experience working as a 6GR SMAW welding technician within the Oil and Gas Industry in any GCC country.
  • Should possess strong English language skills (Verbal, Reading, Writing).
  • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
  • Experience in using electrical or manual tools (e.g. saws, squares, callipers etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (e.g. face-shield, gloves etc.).

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Capable of preparing the Baseline Program based on the requirements of the contract and preparing method statements to accompany the Baseline Program.
  • Capable of preparing various schedules based on the Baseline Program, such as: Submittals & Approvals Schedule, Materials order placing schedule, Subcontractors Appointment Schedule, Resources histograms, Cash flow curve, Progress curve, Major plant schedule.

If you are chosen, you will join a dynamically accelerating company in business services based in Dubai. These are all the cool things you will be responsible for:

  • Promote, negotiate, and close deals to organize and execute company establishment and B2G projects on behalf of clients (company registration, product registration, PRO services, etc.) according to client’s requirements.
  • Provide services and consultations to multinational companies.
  • Meet with potential clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of the client’s regulatory and B2G requirements.
  • Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (interviews, emails, reading reports etc.)
  • Gathering, evaluating, organizing, and collating regulatory data against all categories will provide solutions and recommendations to increase client profitability, efficiency, and regulatory flexibility.
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client’s wishes, capabilities, and limitations, forming concise proposals.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations set by the authorities is already in place.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines
  • Present proposals and suggestions to clients with ample justification and practical advice
  • Develop detailed plans to execute proposals as projects.
  • Communicate the requirements to the delivery team for execution of the project.
  • Remain in contact with the client throughout the delivery process as customer support.
  • Co-ordinate with the finance team for invoicing and payments according to company policies
  • Assist the delivery team in resolving any occasional discrepancies.
  • Upsell and cross-sell the client on additional services that Bizzmosis offers which may provide added efficiencies or cost-savings to the client’s operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the legal/corporate services industry in the UAE
  • Knowledge of the UAE regulatory framework (Economic Department, Free Zones, Regulatory Authorities such as DHA, KHDA, MOCCAE Municipality)
  • Proficiency in implementing processes to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in complex and uncertain situations

KEY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of B2G services such as company and product registration, PRO services, and regulatory requirements and benefits of different kinds of government licenses
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Familiarity with government affairs is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Architect or Landscape Architect CAD operator to work with a leading landscape architecture firm in
Dubai for work throughout the Middle East

REQUIREMENT SKILLS:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in Professional Architecture or Landscape Architecture Firm with minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
  • Developing Schematic Design and Detail Design construction drawings.
  • To be AutoCAD operator for assembling construction drawing packages.
  • Should have excellent AutoCAD computer abilities. Knowledge of photoshop and SketchUp will be added advantage.
  • Should have knowledge of landscape construction detailing.
  • Should be proactive with good communication skills and have an ability to work as a team player.
  • Minimum salary stated is still depending upon the experience.
