    -Provide desktop support, offering direct assistance to users in both office and remote locations.

    -Diagnose and resolve hardware or software issues promptly address any technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

    -Guide staff through the setup of systems and promptly address any technical issues they encounter.

    -Effectively prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestone.

    -recommending improvements in IT systems to optimize performance.

    Qualifications;

    -Through understanding of IT infrastructure and operations

    -Excellent knowledge of computer systems, security, network, and systems administration

    -Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    -Knowledge and skills in managing Websites, Social medias, Windows operating system, Microsoft 365, shared drives, and system security.

    - Able to handle IT inventory, IT purchasing.

    Languages - English & Hindi.
