- British/ Irish/ European nationals due to the stringent visa controls in Oman

- Worked in the UK. NHS projects (essential)

- Design and build (D&B) experience with a contractor-no consultants (essential)

- 15-20 years experience, with 5 years in similar role

- Designed a hospital /healthcare project (essential)

- BSc Architecture

- Middle East experience project experience is essential

- Proven track record of leadership & accountability in previous roles with reputable contractor
