Account Director

The Account Director’s role at Petrie PR’s Dubai office is to direct, supervise and support the day-to-day running of designated client campaigns and the successful operation of the office in liaison with the Managing Director, including the training and oversight of junior staff.


The Account Director position is expected to serve as a primary, day-to-day client contact, is able to provide support, contribution to strategic and creative input for multiple accounts, and can manage the flow of work (including forward planning) and information to the rest of the account team, and to the client.


The Account Director must maintain a superior, thorough understanding of their client’s business and industry, whilst also understanding how to translate that knowledge into solid public relations counsel to different levels of client contacts and staff. They will be capable of implementing strategic plans for clients in conjunction with more junior and senior team members as well as being proactive, energetic and ideas driven. Clients

  • Conceive and implement public relations strategies for assigned clients, in consultation with the Managing Director. Direct and oversee campaigns on a day to day basis for all assigned clients

  • To undertake proactive media & KOL pitching
  • Work with the Managing Director to coordinate executive interviews, media events and press conferences
  • To help in the organisation of press functions and press trips
  • To closely monitor news and market intelligence across the luxury lifestyle landscape and to share with internal regional teams
  • To subscribe to relevant target luxury lifestyle, travel and design news platforms
  • To research any third party information on behalf of clients
  • Qualify and manage media enquiries and work with media to secure beneficial results for clients

Responsibilities

On the organic social media front, you will define and drive Ounass’s social media strategy, leading the vision, storytelling, and performance across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Youtube. You will oversee a talented social media team and collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Creative, Editorial, Merchandising, Performance, and Brand Marketing teams to deliver world-class content experiences.

On the brand marketing side, you will oversee brand communication and client gifting, Ounass-led partnership activations, and owned brand storytelling, ensuring every message is aligned with our positioning as the Middle East’s premier luxury e-commerce destination. A successful candidate will be expected to bring a mix of traditional retail marketing and modern digital brand-building expertise, rooted in the world of luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. They will also manage the full brand marketing budget and lead a team of marketers and social media specialists to deliver industry-defining campaigns.

What youll be doing?

Brand & Social Strategy

  • Own the integrated Brand Marketing & Social Media strategy, ensuring alignment across campaigns, always-on content, partnerships, and cultural moments
  • Translate Ounass’s brand positioning into clear creative and social narratives
  • Shift brand storytelling from awareness-led to consideration and emotional connection, especially in the UAE, KSA & Kuwait markets.
  • Act as the connective tissue between brand vision and social execution

Campaign & Cultural Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end 360° brand campaigns (Seasonal and Tier 1 campaigns, gifting moments, key launches, customer engagement)
  • Ensure campaigns are equity-building in practice and social-first in thinking, without becoming trend-chasing
  • Oversee industry partnerships and brand equity activations from a storytelling and cultural relevance lens
  • Guide bold, innovative, on-brand campaigns with the objective of being globally relevant and locally led

Social Media Oversight

  • Oversee organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Youtube
  • Ensure strong social processes: planning, calendars, content approvals, reporting, and optimisation
  • Guide platform-specific storytelling while protecting luxury brand equity Partner with performance teams to ensure organic supports broader marketing objectives

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop both Brand Marketing and Social Media teams

Measurement & Stakeholder Management

Quantity Surveyor

  • Accurately check and verify quantities from drawings and site measurements to ensure

Senior Architect (MCF/ Data Centres)

You are an engaged Architect or Architectural Engineer with a strong interest in complex projects. Within the Industry & Buildings business line, Haskoning serves a broad international market, with a strong focus on mission critical facilities, primarily data centres. Projects typically range from building technical inspections and all phases of design and engineering to coordination during construction on site. These projects are highly dynamic and require you to work confidently in complex, fast-paced environments, with a strong focus on quality, detailing and regulatory compliance.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with engineers from all design disciplines (architecture, mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, building physics and fire safety) and act as a direct point of contact for the client;
  • Lead and coordinate teams of modellers and engineers in producing drawings, reports and technical specifications across all design phases;
  • Review and safeguard the quality of architectural and building engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with design intent and regulations;
  • Share and embed building engineering expertise within the team, contributing to knowledge development and consistency;
  • Proactively propose design optimisations and improvements, taking full responsibility for architectural and building engineering drawings and documentation.

  • Proven experience with BIM-based projects using Revit and BIM360 (Revisto considered an advantage), essential for coordinated multidisciplinary design and efficient project delivery;
  • Strong knowledge of international and local design and construction standards, codes, regulations and industry best practices, enabling compliant, efficient and robust mechanical solutions within the KSA project context;

Commercial Manager

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Lead commercial management of joinery projects from tender stage through project close-out

  • Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions, including variations, extensions of time (EOT), and final accounts

Maintenance Engineer

I’m currently supporting a leading renewable energy business that is looking to add an experienced Solar PV Operations & Maintenance Specialist to its team.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a distributed solar PV portfolio, combining on-site technical work with performance monitoring and contractor oversight.


Key elements of the role include:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Site inspections, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions
  • Coordination and supervision of third-party service providers
