Translate and review content from all departments across the museum, including external agencies. Ensure all materials follow the museum’s tone of voice and editorial guidelines. Build and maintain specialized glossaries for internal use. Rewrite text to improve clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences. Plan, organise, and prioritise workload in order to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Oversee the quality, consistency, and coherence of all Arabic content produced by all museum departments. Prepare content for designers, ensuring correct structure, hierarchy, and accuracy of text and imagery throughout the design workflow. Deliverables include publications such as museum guides, exhibition catalogues, children’s books, archeological journals, cookbooks, coffee-table books, gallery text and labels, audio-visual scripts, audio guide scripts, educational resources, website copy and social media text, press releases, internal reports, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, programmes, invitations, gift cards, retail catalogues, signage and e-commerce text, event kits, and menus.

Duties and Responsibilities • Set up and operate extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment. • Adjust temperature, pressure, and line speed according to product specification. • Change dies, calibrators, and haul-off settings when needed. • Monitor pipe quality (diameter, thickness, color consistency). • Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning of extruder and tooling. • Record production data and report any deviation to the supervisor. • Ensure safety and housekeeping in the production area.
Book and manage client training events, ensuring prerequisites are met, course availability is confirmed, and client expectations are clearly communicated to the Training Services team.
Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, monitor training events through to completion, and provide ongoing support.
Client Retention and Account Management: Managing client and company retention, optimizing revenue, and surpassing client expectations through account follow-up.
Recurring Training & Upselling: Schedule and follow up on recurring training events and promote ancillary training courses that add value to the client experience.
Sales Support: Assist the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with pricing agreements, document contract validity, and update pricing on relevant portals.
Payment Collection: Clearly communicate payment terms, assist with client check-ins, and support the collection of payments, including cash-on-delivery.
Sales Strategy Execution: Proactively ensure fulfillment of company sales strategies and targets, with a strong focus on exceeding goals weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new client opportunities as required.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with clients through direct personal interactions.
Account Follow-Up: Surpass client expectations through follow-up and effective communication. Organize visas, tickets, and hotel accommodation for clients as specified in the contract. Ensure accurate client data is updated in internal systems.
