Trainer Responsibilities:
Deliver PMI-CPMAI exam preparation training aligned with PMI’s CPMAI Methodology
Facilitate sessions covering responsible AI, data readiness, AI model development, and operationalization
Guide learners through PMI-CPMAI exam domains, concepts, and best practices
Share real-world insights from AI, ML, or data-driven project environments
Support learners with exam strategies, case discussions, and practical examples
Trainer Requirements:
PMI-CPMAI certification (mandatory)
Proven experience delivering AI, ML, or data analytics training

Role Overview
The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a strategic sales role that combines deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end domain knowledge of the SAP Customer Experience Lines of Business (CX LoB) cloud to drive revenue, customer success, accelerate adoption of innovation (especially AI), and position the organisation as a market leader. The SSE shapes transformative solutions and delivers measurable value to customers through thought leadership, innovation, and strategic execution—supporting both specific CX LoB and the overall “SAP Business Suite” strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Account Ownership & Strategy: Serve as the CX LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer goals, business objectives and the broader account plans of the account team.
Drive the End-to-End Customer Value Journey with Domain Expertise: Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in the solution area to understand and address high-priority business challenges. Lead end-to-end process mapping and the customer value journey, owning the transformation roadmap for the LoB.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving pipeline growth and meeting revenue targets.
Product Success & Innovation: Engage early with customers when new products are launched. Lead AI and innovation initiatives (e.g., scalable PoCs, partner co-investments).
Enablement, Demos & Prototypes: Support solution advisors to ensure demo system readiness and manage enablement programmes. Value Proposition & Executive Engagement: Collaborate with value advisors to craft compelling narratives that articulate ROI, value leakage, and competitive advantages. Conduct strategic discovery and workshops, and deliver persuasive pitches that present solutions to distinct customer business and buying-centre challenges to accelerate executive buy-in and drive demand independently of RFPs.
Commercial Negotiations: Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions, balancing client expectations with organisational profitability and cloud revenue growth.
Adoption & Consumption: Support Customer Success Management (CSM) communities, secure references, and manage escalations. Collaborate with CS and CS&D adoption teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement to maximise customer value.

The Role:
Enterprise Architects play a crucial role in orchestrating the development of a holistic enterprise architecture model that supports established enterprise goals. What you bring
Must-have requirements/skills:
At least 10 years+ of work experience in a customer experience role (e.g., Program Manager, Architect, Customer Engagement, Customer Advisory)
Proven experience delivering enterprise Business transformation through Application delivery.
Experience in end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
Proven knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and Toolset, SAP Integration Advisory Methodology, SAP Extensibility Advisory Methodology, SAP Clean Core principles
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills (in English language) at senior manager level both inside an IT team and across business functions.
Nice-to have requirements/skills:
Experience in using SAP LeanIX & Signavio as tools to document Enterprise Architectures & Business Processes.
Ideally, proven knowledge of On-Premises solutions and its corresponding cloud solutions.
BTP Certifications (e.g. Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build)

Job Description
Your Career The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer's security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish PANW as your customer's cybersecurity partner of choice. Your Impact Curiosity is core to the Solutions Consultant role, and you see complex problems as opportunities to learn and deliver innovative solutions! You define your impact by: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions Understands Key customer business requirements and has the ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio solutions creating business value for customers Ability to drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform. Building customer relationships by helping customers achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions Demonstrating strong communication skills, influencing through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conducts technical engagements and workshops that are clear and impactful, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities Demonstrates Cross functional leadership driving collaboration and orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating PANW's leadership in the cybersecurity space Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap
Qualifications (Additional Job Description)
Your Experience 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position. Proficient in English and Arabic
