Role Overview

The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a strategic sales role that combines deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end domain knowledge of the SAP Customer Experience Lines of Business (CX LoB) cloud to drive revenue, customer success, accelerate adoption of innovation (especially AI), and position the organisation as a market leader. Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Strategy: Serve as the CX LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer goals, business objectives and the broader account plans of the account team.

Drive the End-to-End Customer Value Journey with Domain Expertise: Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in the solution area to understand and address high-priority business challenges. Lead end-to-end process mapping and the customer value journey, owning the transformation roadmap for the LoB.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving pipeline growth and meeting revenue targets.

Product Success & Innovation: Engage early with customers when new products are launched. Lead AI and innovation initiatives (e.g., scalable PoCs, partner co-investments).

Enablement, Demos & Prototypes: Support solution advisors to ensure demo system readiness and manage enablement programmes. Collaborate with Demo & Learning teams to provide updated assets and trial environments for scalable enablement programmes, as well as customised demos, POCs and prototypes with customer-specific data.

Value Proposition & Executive Engagement: Collaborate with value advisors to craft compelling narratives that articulate ROI, value leakage, and competitive advantages. Conduct strategic discovery and workshops, and deliver persuasive pitches that present solutions to distinct customer business and buying-centre challenges to accelerate executive buy-in and drive demand independently of RFPs.

Commercial Negotiations: Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions, balancing client expectations with organisational profitability and cloud revenue growth.

Adoption & Consumption: Support Customer Success Management (CSM) communities, secure references, and manage escalations. Collaborate with CS and CS&D adoption teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement to maximise customer value.

Customer Success & Field Impact: Own CX LoB deal cycles, work hand in hand with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) team, and organise enablement and executive engagement. Elevate customer discussions to prioritise investment and drive measurable outcomes.

Relationship Building & Governance: Drive C-suite engagement and Buying Centre alignment by fostering long-term, high-value relationships and converting executives into advocates and brand ambassadors. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on solution adoption, innovation, risks and opportunities.

Ecosystem & Partner Engagement: Own relationships with strategic consulting partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY) and with VARs to co-innovate, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and shape disruptive solutions. Maintain direct, high-quality relationships with partner account leads.

Collaboration & Orchestration: Align closely with Sales, CSM, and Marketing to ensure SSE impact is fully integrated into the go-to-market engine through a tailored GTM approach. Drive joint accountability and coordination across internal stakeholders to maximise market impact.

Competitive & Industry Expertise: Maintain deep technical and functional expertise across SAP solutions. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and competitive trends to craft differentiated solutions that win in the market.


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Management consulting profile with 10-15 years' industry or practitioner experience; executive relationship-building skills with proven C-suite influence.
  • B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles, plus top-tier consulting and deep industry expertise.
  • Proven experience in account management, solution sales, or customer success roles.
  • Strong understanding of solution sales, customer value realisation, and account planning methodologies; track record in expansion selling (account growth).

Senior Technical Trainer

The opportunity

As a Senior Technical Trainer on our Professional Training team at Unity, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers and partners by enhancing their product knowledge and technical skills. Your expertise will help them achieve proficiency across diverse learning formats, ensuring their success with our solutions.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead training for professional-level audiences, becoming a go-to authority in delivering impactful technical education. You'll shape and elevate our training materials while also working with our Unity Certified Instructor network. Through your efforts, you'll inspire and educate learners in various professional environments, helping to drive excellence in everything we do.

Fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of Middle Eastern business culture are essential for this role. As a Senior Technical Trainer, you will engage directly with Middle Eastern customers across various industries, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and expectations. Your experience working with Arabic-speaking clients will be invaluable as you navigate cultural nuances and build strong relationships, ensuring the delivery of relevant, effective training that resonates with local professionals.

What you'll be doing

  • Ensure all training is delivered effectively and meets Unity standards to achieve positive customer feedback. There will be a mix of virtual and face-to-face delivery with some travel required.
  • Grow and support the development of training plans and materials, while identifying key training requirements based on market needs.
  • Contribute to the development of course outlines and training scenarios to meet customer needs across industries using Unity.
  • Ensure content is ready for instructor-led delivery and perform occasional content maintenance in collaboration with the production team.
  • Keep up to date with all areas of Unity product development, features, and future roadmap.
What we're looking for
  • Experience in delivering technical training in Unity to professional learners

  • Unity Certified at the Professional level (Programmer or 3D Artist)

Your Career The Solutions Consultant Manager is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineer Manager role, aligning how we lead teams to best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design across digital, print, and on-site platforms. The role ensures strong brand consistency, high-quality creative output, and timely delivery of marketing materials, with light supervision of creative resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
  • Create on-site branding, hoarding boards, signage, and project launch materials
  • Produce digital content including static designs, videos, and motion graphics (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Maintain and update the company website (Wix) and improve user experience
  • Design corporate presentations, company profiles, and project decks

Requirements

Your Experience 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position. Job Description

Your Career The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer's security transformation journey. You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish PANW as your customer's cybersecurity partner of choice. Your Impact Curiosity is core to the Solutions Consultant role, and you see complex problems as opportunities to learn and deliver innovative solutions! You define your impact by: Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions Understands Key customer business requirements and has the ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio solutions creating business value for customers Ability to drive customer adoption of Palo Alto Networks Platform. Building customer relationships by helping customers achieve increased productivity, operational efficiency, security efficacy, and greater flexibility to innovate Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions Demonstrating strong communication skills, influencing through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, and conducts technical engagements and workshops that are clear and impactful, simplifying complex ideas for various audiences Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities Demonstrates Cross functional leadership driving collaboration and orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating PANW's leadership in the cybersecurity space Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap

Qualifications (Additional Job Description)

Your Experience 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering Skilled in at least one of the following Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint or SASE Experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives is preferred Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role; prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred This is a field sales position where travel requirements may be required to support in person customer meetings, please discuss with the recruiter on the specifics for this position. Proficient in English and Arabic
