- Education in Plastics Engineering (BS, etc)
- 4+ years experience as Plastic Engineer
- Team player with a good attitude and willingness to assist wherever necessary to get jobs done
- Knowledge in injection molding principles and extruders
- Knowledge of polymers, plastics, materials and processes commonly used in injection molding
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix existing equipment/devices
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with all team members any updates, issues or questions via verbal and/or email correspondence
- Perform basic mold cleaning
- Ability to perform full machine operational processes
- Ability to add value to the company, innovate and enhance the current operation of the factory
