JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Attending customers, who visit our showroom and ensure to provide high quality service level by identifying their requirements.
? Serve the customer with jewellery items as per their requirement.
? Show and explain the customer new designs of jewellery items launched.
? Explain the customer about the rates and promotion to ensure our competitive service.
? Support/suggest strength and qualities of certain attractive designs to sell the items.
? Weigh the jewellery items selected by the customer in front of them to ensure exact weight and rates are applied for the item they have selected. We build our trust with our valued customers.
? Close the sale with the customer by honouring quality service, praising their selection and to offer new collections during their next visit etc..
