Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of company-wide Admin functions.
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Admin department for the company and all its sister concerns
  • Liaison with and supervision over the work of the PRO relating to transfer and renewal of company licenses and vehicle registration and family members documents.

SECTION I: JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to provide financial information to the management by supporting the finance team in accounting for groups of companies and to maintain information about company properties.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities:

● Independently Compile financial information required to prepare complete financial statements including P&L, Cash Flow statements and Balance Sheet.

● Monitor and track property income, ensure timely collection of rental receipts and coordinate with counterparts in companies with shared properties to receive information on a timely manner & reconcile with bank deposits.

● Monitor and maintain records using the company’s property management software from time to time.

● Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions, and tally and file invoices.

● Prepare management reports: occupancy, accounts receivable and reports related to properties and projects of the company.

● Handle all general accounting and finance transactions for Group entities as assigned.

● Ensure that all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.

● Establish and monitor the implementation of clear and effective accounting control procedures and enhance performance and efficiency thereof.

● Coordinate with external auditors to ensure successful completion of yearly financial audits.

● Interact with suppliers, banks and all external parties for payments and financial transactions for regular activities and ongoing projects.

● Handle petty cash or such similar responsibilities from time to time as assigned.

● Comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements.

● Assist the Senior Accountant.

● Create custom reports using yardi.

● Coordinate with management and staff to prepare budgets.

● Complete end of month close procedures.

● Prepare and assist in corporate reporting requirements.

● Any other job-related tasks as required by management.

Educational Qualifications:

Language Skills

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 14:00 PM – 22:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 21:00 PM

(1-hour break per day included)

  • One day off per week (schedule based on team arrangement)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Front desk reception and walk-in customer assistance
  • Multi-channel communication via phone, Whatsapp,WeChat, email, etc.
  • Parent-student relationship management, course follow-up, and feedback collection
  • In-class support, video shooting, and basic editing
  • Daily social media content and engagement
  • System data entry, report preparation
  • Proactive sales follow-up and conversion of potential customers
