- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical repairs to ensure smooth production
- Work collaboratively with production staff to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure proper machine setup, adjustment, and safe operation according to quality and safety standards
- Report technical issues promptly and help minimize downtime
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and machinery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in perfume or fragrance manufacturing
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in industrial machinery
