Job Description

Core duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for complete repair chain of the core unit (damage unit), right from receiving it from the collection bay, dismantling and cleaning parts
  • Carry out the investigation of the damaged parts
  • Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing the units
  • Preparing technical reports based on the investigation done. Work with the workshop manager and relevant team in resolving the issue

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of its property management portfolio in Kuwait. The role will be working closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient administration, compliance, reporting, and tenant satisfaction across residential and commercial properties.

This position includes but does not limit to the following:

· Support Property Managers in the daily administration of assigned properties
