Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with any System Integrator (SI) of the customer, providing corrective action when the SI is heading down the wrong path or providing incorrect recommendations to the customer, the TQM diplomatically highlights the risks and provides alternate SAP recommendations. Captures and reports how the engagement is driving business value to the customer
  • Execute on the customer’s digital transformation roadmap, creating and modifying the SAP Premium Engagements service plan as needed to drive success
  • Orchestrate prototyping of business scenarios, and drive realization for positive outcomes
  • Support the technical integration of the entire solution and product set, end to end, across all landscapes & platforms, providing recommendations for technical or business process improvements
  • Provide a platform and forum for ideation and innovation for business scenarios
  • Identify top issues, define the associated action plan & drive the resolution process, always providing the customer with immediate help in crisis situations


Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s STEM Degree: Science, Tech, Engineering, Math and / or equivalent experience in the field of technology.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic national language
  • Equivalent experience in the field of technology is defined as 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP either on cloud, platform, application technology (BASIS), solution, app programming or development. Preferred SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Platform experience, Artificial or real-time intelligence, machine learning, automation experience
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism, and is highly customer service oriented with strong customer management skills
  • Strong SAP project management and value-based relationship management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic are required

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the 9th Air Force, a key component of the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) overseeing operations in the Middle East.  This position provides subject matter expertise to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, helping ensure base security and critical support services in one of the most dynamic and strategically important regions in the world.  The 9th Air Force serves at other locations such as Al Dhafra AB, UAE; Ali Al Salem AB, Kuwait; Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait; Prince Sultan AB (PSAB), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA); Muwaffaq-Salti AB (MSAB), Jordan; Al Udeid AB, Qatar and in CONUS.

  • Conduct annual staff assistance visits of all Wing, installation, and associated units geared to assist Commanders in effective administration of unit information and personnel security programs.

  • Conduct annual industrial inspections of contractors handling classified information on behalf of the Wing Commander.

General Purpose of the Job Enhance the quality of higher education institutions’ performance by promoting transparency, regulatory oversight, and classification of higher education institutions.

Data Center Engineer (Dell PowerEdge Specialist)

Data Center Engineer We are looking for a skilled Data Center Engineer with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in server hardware deployment and data center operations. The role involves supporting client data centers across Dubai and the Northern Emirates by performing physical installation, configuration, maintenance, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license, own vehicle, and be certified in Dell PowerEdge MX Model Deployment (D-PEMX-DY-23). Roles & Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain server and storage hardware in client data centers. Conduct regular system health checks and maintain logs and reports. Coordinate with vendors for technical support and on-site field engineer visits. Escort vendor engineers during on-site activities and ensure proper execution. Replace server components (CRUs) for HP, Dell, and Oracle systems. Manage data center migrations: safely remove, transport, and reinstall hardware. Submit or retrieve hardware and equipment from the warehouse based on client requests. Handle magnetic tape-based backup activities. Follow up on warranty replacements and RMA (Return Material Authorization) logistics. Coordinate with internal facilities (EM) team for infrastructure-related tasks. Maintain high-quality documentation of all activities and updates.

Steelwork Package Manager

Role Overview

The Steelwork Package Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, erection, and commercial performance of the structural and secondary steelwork packages on the project. The role ensures that steelwork is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the contract requirements, design intent, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Package & Project Management

  • Take full responsibility for the steelwork package from pre-construction through fabrication, erection, and handover
  • Develop and manage the steelwork scope & program
  • Coordinate steelwork activities with other trades, designers, and site team
  • Monitor progress against program and implement mitigation measures where required

Design & Technical Coordination

  • Manage the interface between steelwork contractors, structural engineers, and design teams
  • Manage the review of steelwork design, shop drawings, connection design, and calculations
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant standards, and client requirements
  • Resolve technical and constructability issues in collaboration with stakeholders

Commercial & Contract Management

  • Manage steelwork subcontractor contracts, including scope, variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Control costs
  • Assess change events and support the preparation of commercial submissions

Site & Construction Management

  • Oversee site erection activities, logistics, lifting plans, and temporary works coordination
  • Coordinate Steel erection with lifting in position of specialized equipment
  • Ensure works are sequenced safely and efficiently
  • Monitor quality of fabrication and installation, including inspections and testing

Health, Safety, Quality & Environment (HSQE)

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all steelwork activities
  • Ensure compliance with project H&S plans, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Manage quality assurance processes, NCRs, and snagging to successful completion

Stakeholder & Reporting

  • Act as the main point of contact for all steelwork-related matters
  • Chair and attend progress meetings with subcontractors and internal teams
  • Provide regular reports on progress, risks, costs, and opportunities

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing steelwork packages on large construction projects in the middle east, preferable Qatar.
  • Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes
  • Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of construction health & safety requirements

Senior Manager - BIM (Building Information Modeling)

  • Ensure compliance with DHRE VDC & BIM processes, standards, and protocols, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into every stage of the project. Supervise the application of VDC & BIM technologies and methodologies throughout each stage of the project. Communicate with relevant project stakeholders and optimize workflows to enhance overall project efficiency through the use of advanced VDC & BIM technologies. Produce BIM progress reports and manage data deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
