Campaign Assistance and Analytics Support execution of digital and social media campaigns, collaborating with managers and the communications team to promote key events, news, and brand messages. Track and analyze performance data (reach, engagement, audience growth), helping prepare reports to inform future strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, tools, and best practices for audience engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Administrative and Technical Tasks Assist with updating website content and monitoring accuracy and freshness of digital material. Use standard digital platform tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Canva) under guidance to support department goals. Collaborate with staff and student contributors to gather new content, ideas, and feedback for campaigns. Brand and Compliance Support Apply COMPANY brand and style guidelines in all digital and social media content and communications. Maintain confidentiality and comply with institutional policies regarding digital communications. Teamwork and Collaboration Participate in meetings with the marketing and communications team to brainstorm, plan, and review initiatives. Liaise with students, faculty, and external partners to support collaborative digital projects and campaigns.
Manage updates of sales inventory, by monitoring new releases, cancellations, blocking and unblocking of units as per approved process and Company’s policies. Monitor inventory and ensure system details are updated as per process, and the information is valid such as unit areas, pricing, and layouts etc. Block & Unblock units as per DOA and monitor blocked units daily and ensure units are available with valid sales offering, pricing & payment plan. Ensure cancelations/ bookings and/or re-bookings are done as per process; and resolve anomalies as they arise. Handle upload of inventory in the system and reconciliation of sales reports during launches. Re-book units in system with correct price & areas as per management direction to ensure accuracy. Prepare reports and presentations as required for management by collecting information from relevant teams. Ensure full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, processes, and procedures. Undertake any other task allocated by the department head.

General Purpose of the Job Enhance the quality of higher education institutions’ performance by promoting transparency, regulatory oversight, and classification of higher education institutions.
Perform any other tasks related to the department’s work, as assigned by the Assistant Undersecretary for Higher Education Regulation and Governance. Manage organizational units within the department, monitor their performance, and prepare reports to prevent duplication of objectives and tasks. Prepare reports on institutional performance and evaluation results, in coordination with the Policies & Academic Planning Department and the Higher Education Data & Analytics Department. Propose strategic and operational plans for the department, develop performance indicators, and work to achieve them. Conduct periodic assessments of public and private higher education institutions according to the governance framework. Coordinate with ministry units and relevant authorities to plan and monitor inspections of targeted higher education institutions. Identify strengths and weaknesses in the operations and performance of public and private higher education institutions. Develop and continuously update a national governance framework for public and private higher education institutions in coordination with relevant national entities. Develop licensing and establishment standards for public and private higher education institutions and education service offices, in coordination with competent authorities. Develop inspection systems for public and private higher education institutions, including methodology, work mechanisms, and audit tools. Strengthen relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships, motivate internal stakeholders, and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement performance-based classification of institutions in coordination with the National Qualifications Authority, Accreditation Commission, and Higher Education Data & Analytics Department. Monitor violations in higher education institutions, classify them, and propose corrective actions to the relevant authorities.
Lead, guide, review, and approve departmental work procedures, performance indicators, and quality standards, proposing improvements as necessary. Follow up on institutional development and performance improvement plans in coordination with the Policies & Academic Planning Department and the Accreditation Commission. Oversee administrative processes such as planning, budgeting, reporting, service delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement. Develop performance improvement plans for public and private higher education institutions based on evaluation and quality results. Implement internal plans to develop team-building culture and continuous learning to ensure high-quality work delivery.
· Provide network and telecommunication services for internal and external customers in an efficient and timely manner. · Deliver IT support aligned with agreed service levels and troubleshoot network, desktop, and infrastructure-related issues. · Provide, maintain, and monitor the company's Global desktop computing environment to ensure seamless desktop services. · Resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and changes efficiently and within agreed timelines. · Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal and external customers, keeping them updated on progress and resolutions. · Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and conduct ongoing research and development to provide innovative solutions. · Maintain and manage the printing environment in a cost-effective manner while supporting the company's Global green initiatives. · Comply with the company's Global IT policies, procedures, and standards in all daily activities. · Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term preventive solutions. · Assist in managing and maintaining servers, storage systems, and network equipment as required. · Deploy and configure hardware, software, patches, and updates to ensure optimal performance and security. · Monitor system performance, network connectivity, and critical IT services to proactively identify potential issues. · Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, troubleshooting steps, asset inventories, and procedures. · Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams for escalations and knowledge sharing to improve overall service delivery. · Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup, account creation, and access rights management. · Ensure endpoint security compliance through antivirus updates, policy enforcement, and vulnerability mitigation .cal issues, provide detailed technical information, and contribute to product improvements.

Data Center Engineer We are looking for a skilled Data Center Engineer with 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in server hardware deployment and data center operations. The role involves supporting client data centers across Dubai and the Northern Emirates by performing physical installation, configuration, maintenance, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license, own vehicle, and be certified in Dell PowerEdge MX Model Deployment (D-PEMX-DY-23). Roles & Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain server and storage hardware in client data centers. Conduct regular system health checks and maintain logs and reports. Coordinate with vendors for technical support and on-site field engineer visits. Escort vendor engineers during on-site activities and ensure proper execution. Replace server components (CRUs) for HP, Dell, and Oracle systems. Manage data center migrations: safely remove, transport, and reinstall hardware. Submit or retrieve hardware and equipment from the warehouse based on client requests. Handle magnetic tape-based backup activities. Follow up on warranty replacements and RMA (Return Material Authorization) logistics. Coordinate with internal facilities (EM) team for infrastructure-related tasks.
