To lead and manage all quality control activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that products meet established internal and customer quality standards. As the most senior quality professional on site, this role responsible for overseeing inspection processes, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products in accordance with client requirements. * Monitor and manage measuring equipment used during inspections to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Maintain control over product identification and traceability throughout the manufacturing process. * Ensure timely calibration of inspection and measuring equipment, either internally or through certified external agencies. * Approve and release finished products to clients after verifying compliance with quality and quantity specifications. * Identify, segregate, and store process scrap and rejected materials in designated areas as per company procedures. * Support the Management Representative in executing quality assurance activities and maintaining QMS compliance.

The Role:

You will become an expert in Email Security, Advanced Persistent Threats, Attack Protection, Threat Response, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and the threat landscape
Maintain compliance with ISO, NIST and MITRE
Present at or attend industry seminars and/or trade shows when required
Qualifications
Required: Hands-on experience in a customer facing role, either as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer or senior level product support, preferably in the cyber-security industry
Required: Proven experience in either enterprise email solutions, email authentication, advanced persistent threats, data security, network security or cloud security and shadow IT knowledge
Required: Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to individuals and/or teams including technical staff and C-suite executives
Required: You can work independently, adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude
Required: Fluency in Arabic, English and French

As an Electronics Hardware Technician, you will support our international Product Hospital operations, focusing on product failure analysis and repairs. Required Qualifications

Develop and actively lead risk mitigation measures to ensure that the business cases are secured and that profit and turnover targets are met. Manage internal and external teams to ensure the fulfillment of feasibility, program, design, technical, quality, and leasing specifications for projects throughout their completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage the organizational units under the department, monitor their performance, and prepare reports to avoid duplication of objectives and tasks. Conduct studies and research, publish manuals and booklets, and maintain and document information and data related to science, technology, research, and innovation in the country. Prepare the department’s proposed strategic and operational plan, develop performance indicators, and ensure their achievement. Coordinate with the International Cooperation Department on scholarship programs to guide scholarships and grants, and coordinate with governmental and private sector institutions for support. Coordinate with the Knowledge Partnerships Department to enhance relationships between educational institutions and the public and private sectors to support applied research and increase innovation opportunities. Coordinate with higher education institutions to align their academic programs with the national science, technology, and research plan. Develop policies and frameworks for programs promoting science, technology, research, entrepreneurship, and innovation in higher education and academic research institutions. Develop policies, standards, and frameworks to regulate the work of academic research institutions. Develop incentives in cooperation with the Academic Policies and Planning and Lifelong Learning Departments to honor Emirati researchers and enhance research quality. Strengthen relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships, motivate internal partners, and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide necessary support to the direct supervisor and perform any other assigned tasks. Advise on patent registration and intellectual property management for higher education institutions and partners from both public and private sectors. Support and facilitate conferences and workshops related to science, technology, and research. Lead, guide, review, and approve work procedures, methodologies, performance indicators, and quality of department operations, and provide proposals for improvement.
Monitor administrative operations such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery, and evaluate and improve them. Develop a national plan for science, technology, and innovation in educational institutions based on the higher policy for science and technology, and ensure its implementation. Implement internal plans to promote team-building culture and continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of work.
Develop and implement talent management initiatives and organization's talent management strategies, programs and systems to facilitate Talent review process and enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with the overall company strategy, mission, and goals. Analyze organizational processes and design and implement changes that improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Define and establish a long-term talent strategy, including identifying critical jobs, assessing internal and external availability, developing long-term plans to bridge gaps, and building a talent pipeline to retain high-performing employees. Develop, evaluate, enhance, and maintain policies and procedures in relation to Talent management, Organization development, and Succession Planning to identify and plan for career progression routes of employees. Serve as a subject matter expert on Organization Development and Talent Management programs to assess talent and improve the bench strength of talent by providing guidance to leadership team and managers and addressing questions. Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvements to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development. Define and establish long-term talent strategy that may include: identifying critical jobs, determining talent gaps, assessing internal availability to bridge gaps and building a talent pipeline to retain high-performing employees. Serve as subject matter expert for any talent & performance related activities including addressing questions and concerns on employee career paths and succession plans to improve the talent bench strength Play an active role in developing various communications and interactions with teams and manage the internal communication plan for all related matters in the performance cycle and trainings. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure effective delivery of talent management programs. Establish talent skill matrix to identify technical and behavioral competencies for various positions and implement strategies to manage key talents across the company. Provide guidance and coaching to HR business partners and other stakeholders on talent management best practices to improve effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure alignment of talent management programs with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor key talent metrics to measure the success of talent management programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Establish guidelines for identifying the Group talent and managing them in line with strategic objectives and effectively coordinate with other functions in attaining, developing, and retaining organizational talent. Oversee the employee engagement program ensuring the yearly survey is conducted on time and results are communicated to employees in-order to measure employee satisfaction and morale, monitor the effectiveness and evaluate the company’s culture. Lead Gender Equality initiatives and provide support to Employee Engagement Team to facilitate team building activities, special projects, and workshops as required. Benchmark best practices in Organization development and Talent management and update the processes and policies in-order to identify and efficiently plan career progression routes of employees.
