Senior Quality Engineer

As the most senior quality professional on site, this role responsible for overseeing inspection processes, resolving quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll build

  • Manage and support social security–related projects, ensuring compliance with internal processes and Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Create and update records on e-government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI), ensuring alignment between internal payroll/HR systems and government systems.
  • Manage visa letters
  • Prepare concise briefs, status updates for management; maintain accurate records of social security interactions.
  • Support audits, reconciliations and periodic off-cycle activities related to social security and Labor compliance.
  • Raise or coordinate tickets with Qiwa, MoHR, and GOSI to rectify issues or challenges.
  • Work with P&C Head to raise any issues and concerns with regards to compliance or accuracy of employment records on Qiwa/Gosi
  • Prepare Weekly updated report of changes on Qiwa and GOSI.


What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a related field. Diploma in a relevant field or a specialised HR certification would also be sufficient.
  • 1–3 years’ proven experience in Saudi Arabia in government relations, public/regulatory affairs, HR operations, or a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge of Qiwa, GOSI Saudi e-government platforms, Saudi Labor law, visa and Iqama processes.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in multinational or large local organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing demands.

  • Provide advice to the business on live projects where legal issues arise; such as advising regarding contractual remedies for contractor poor performance (delays, insolvency etc.) including large ‘showpiece’ projects. Draft contractual notices and correspondence to contractors/consultants to support the business in ensuring compliance with relevant agreements.
  • Provide support to the business on construction pre-dispute matters and construction disputes related to various issues such as defects and assist with preparation and conduct of arbitrations. The Role:

Proofpoint is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team and act as the technical sales lead throughout the pre-sales process. This position will report to Sr Manager, Technical Sales META and will lead the technical discussions with customers and prospects. You ll work closely with the KSA Named Accounts Team. Your Day To Day

  • Collaborate with the KSA Named Accounts team to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies

  • Provide valuable customer insight and real-world experiences to Product Management, Marketing and Product Development (Engineering) teams to help keep our solutions as the best in class.

Qualifications

  • Required: Hands-on experience in a customer facing role, either as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer or senior level product support, preferably in the cyber-security industry

  • Required: Proven experience in either enterprise email solutions, email authentication, advanced persistent threats, data security, network security or cloud security and shadow IT knowledge

Project Implementation & Management Lead end-to-end database projects including upgrades, migrations, consolidation, replication, and optimization. Conduct site surveys, requirements analysis, and technical assessments. Provide training to customers and internal teams as needed. Ensure successful project execution within agreed timelines. Incident, Problem & Change Management Provide advanced L2/L3 support for all database-related incidents and problems. Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. Update ticketing system with detailed technical actions and resolutions. Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions. Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for complex problem resolution. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Act immediately (24/7) on alerts received for critical systems. Track and report database uptime, utilization, capacity, and performance. Prepare monthly reports covering database health, trends, resource utilization, and improvements. Recommend and implement enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and security. Support to 1st & 2nd Level Teams Provide expert-level guidance and knowledge transfer to 1st and 2nd level support engineers. Assist with escalations and complex troubleshooting. Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and major changes.

Director – Development

  • Contribute, initiate, and direct the development strategy to advance the agreed Business Plan in order to achieve Company objectives. Identify and understand the regulatory framework necessary for the development strategy to operate effectively within the stipulated guidelines. Provide crucial support in the formulation of strategies and business plans, with the aim of obtaining Company Board approval and ensuring alignment with Company objectives for successful development opportunities. Lead teams in the creation of business case input for projects within a portfolio, ensuring that these cases are in line with the company's strategy, including financial, design, and procurement strategies. Additionally, coach project teams to secure stakeholder approvals. Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including collaboration with stakeholder partners and key business affiliates to foster cooperation and achieve common business objectives. Propose and offer support in defining the strategy for delivering the project development pipeline, with an objective to efficiently manage the development teams, such as Legal, Financial, Market Research, Marketing, Sales, Project Managers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, and all Engineering Disciplines, in relation to the development pipeline. Analyze and take the lead in all aspects of the development process, from feasibility and master planning to design, procurement, consultant/contractor selection, and project execution, ensuring that all technical procedures align with approved corporate operational objectives. Oversee and review the preparation of project-specific development and design briefs, with the objective of ensuring that these documents accurately reflect the project's intent and objectives. Identify and thoroughly document risk factors for each business case, including risks at the individual property level. Analyze, evaluate, and rank overall risk exposure, encompassing technical, financial, and human resources, with the goal of effectively managing and mitigating these risks. Develop and actively lead risk mitigation measures to ensure that the business cases are secured and that profit and turnover targets are met. Manage internal and external teams to ensure the fulfillment of feasibility, program, design, technical, quality, and leasing specifications for projects throughout their completion and handover. Provide regular feedback to relevant executives regarding business plans, project status, risks, and approved feasibility hurdle rates, aiming to keep stakeholders informed and aligned with company goals. Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including liaising with stakeholder partners and key business affiliates. Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer support to enhance knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement..

Director of Innovation and Research Support

General Objective To develop policies, standards, and frameworks, and implement grant and research funding programs in higher education institutions and academic research institutions in accordance with the priorities of the National Science, Technology, Research, and Innovation Plan.

Key Responsibilities Manage the organizational units under the department, monitor their performance, and prepare reports to avoid duplication of objectives and tasks. Conduct studies and research, publish manuals and booklets, and maintain and document information and data related to science, technology, research, and innovation in the country. Prepare the department’s proposed strategic and operational plan, develop performance indicators, and ensure their achievement. Coordinate with the International Cooperation Department on scholarship programs to guide scholarships and grants, and coordinate with governmental and private sector institutions for support. Coordinate with the Knowledge Partnerships Department to enhance relationships between educational institutions and the public and private sectors to support applied research and increase innovation opportunities. Coordinate with higher education institutions to align their academic programs with the national science, technology, and research plan. Develop policies and frameworks for programs promoting science, technology, research, entrepreneurship, and innovation in higher education and academic research institutions. Develop policies, standards, and frameworks to regulate the work of academic research institutions. Develop incentives in cooperation with the Academic Policies and Planning and Lifelong Learning Departments to honor Emirati researchers and enhance research quality. Strengthen relationships with external partners to establish strategic partnerships, motivate internal partners, and manage change to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Provide necessary support to the direct supervisor and perform any other assigned tasks. Advise on patent registration and intellectual property management for higher education institutions and partners from both public and private sectors. Support and facilitate conferences and workshops related to science, technology, and research. Lead, guide, review, and approve work procedures, methodologies, performance indicators, and quality of department operations, and provide proposals for improvement.

Monitor administrative operations such as planning, budgeting, reporting, and service delivery, and evaluate and improve them. Develop a national plan for science, technology, and innovation in educational institutions based on the higher policy for science and technology, and ensure its implementation. Implement internal plans to promote team-building culture and continuous learning to ensure the highest quality of work.

Develop and implement talent management initiatives and organization's talent management strategies, programs and systems to facilitate Talent review process and enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with the overall company strategy, mission, and goals.
