Brief Job Description and Requirements

Job Position: Executive Assistant to the Chief Administration Officer

Location: Doha, Qatar

Duration: Permanent

Job Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative support to department heads by coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documents, and organizing events to ensure efficient operations across the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact and coordination for internal constituencies (finance team, management team, staff, and Company’s governing bodies) and external parties (financial institutions, auditors, consulting firms, Company’s partners) on all matters pertaining to the CF & PO Office.

Minimum Qualification: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, of which at least 3 years are in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities, demonstrating a strong need for effective leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Coordination

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all department heads across the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for all departments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for various departments.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications between departments, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking minutes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to help us build the most comprehensive DeFi portfolio analytics product in the market. In this role, your focus will be on expanding protocol coverage and turning raw blockchain data into actionable insights for our users. If you are passionate about DeFi, curious about how users interact with protocols, and motivated to drive product impact, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilites

  • Evaluate DeFi protocols for yield, risk, and adoption
  • Translate findings into actionable product insights
  • Lead integration of new protocols across multiple chains
  • Ensure seamless user experience to track all DeFi positions in one place
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers
  • Prioritise integrations and refine analytics features
  • Continuously track industry trends and innovations
  • Identify opportunities for new features and relevant metrics for users

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Python and SQL
  • Ability to interpret complex blockchain data and communicate it in a way that adds value for end-users
  • Knowledge of leading DeFi protocols (e.g., Uniswap V2/V3, AAVE, Lido) and how users interact with them
  • Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience in data/crypto

Nice to have

  • Experience in product analytics or user behaviour research
  • Familiarity with visualization and dashboard tools (Metabase, Grafana, etc.)
  • Exposure to modern data tools (Airflow, Dagster, dbt) — nice to have, but not the core focus
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contributions to open-source analytics, research, or DeFi communities

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Certified Translator & Client Support Associate to join our new branch office in Amman. This is a full-time, onsite position (not remote and not work-from-home). The successful candidate must be able to commute daily to the office and work from our Amman branch during official working hours.

This role combines professional translation, front-desk client service, and office support. The successful candidate will play a vital role in handling the office, welcoming clients, translating documents, and supporting the team.

Important Compliance Note:

This position is strictly a support and administrative role. The successful candidate must not provide immigration or visa advice under any circumstances. All immigration and visa advice, assessments, and representations are exclusively provided by licensed immigration consultants or lawyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client documents (Arabic ↔ English and English ↔ Arabic) with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Assist the RCIC and office team during client meetings and consultations.
  • Greet and welcome walk-in clients, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Provide general information only to clients about immigration, study, and visit visa programs to Canada and other countries, strictly without giving any advice.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with immigration document-handling procedures.
  • Occasionally assist with marketing materials or website content translations.
  • No visa or immigration processing is required, as the Office Manager’s role does not include processing applications, and all files are handled by the processing team and the Immigration Consultant.

Qualifications & Requirements

The candidate must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Be a Certified / Licensed Translator authorized to issue stamped translations, OR
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Translation (English ↔ Arabic) or a closely related field.

In addition:

  • Minimum 6 months of proven translation experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Friendly, professional, and client-centric personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Previous experience in immigration, education, or client services is an asset.

Facilities Inspector (UAE National)– Facilities Management – TECOM Gro

  • The role holder is responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure that the performance standards and procedures of Facilities Management (FM) service providers align with contractual requirements and organizational objectives. This includes scheduling inspections, preparing detailed reports on any identified non-compliance, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring that all deviations from standards are properly escalated and that corrective actions are implemented and completed in a timely manner. Conduct site visits to inspect the sites and report any non-compliances observed on the performance of FM services providers related to cleaning, building fabrics, and planned preventive maintenance activities of TECOM’s properties. Ensure the policies, regulations, procedures, and programs are adhered to on sites to control the work process within the framework of regulations. Attend to inspection requests made by the department head and contractor as and when required to observe testing and any other issues related to facilities management activities. Evaluate damages and asset conditions after events or bad weather conditions. Develop plans for the inspection of the sites to ensure systematic coverage of all sites and enforce the implementation and compliance of standards across all sites inspected. Ensure, in conjunction with the responsible individual for Health & Safety, that all safety regulations including smoking restrictions are observed and assist in the prevention of any accidents. Check cleaning and maintenance schedules for the assigned site and ensure services are being carried out and standards and being maintained. Carry out site verification of observations/issues that are closed out by the service providers. Attend handover and takeover formalities with business partner/ tenants, and coordinate with CAD planner for handover pack (drawings/layout, etc.) Obtain a quote for a reinstatement related to (warehouse, studio, & laboratory) and verify utility clearance and issue FMS clearance to BP. Assess and report any general risks observed at the sites to the concerned Facility Manager, HSE team, and security, providing feedback and recommendation for corrective actions in a timely manner. Maintain a record of inspections, share with all stakeholders, follow up on corrective actions and present the results to the department head and concerned Facility Manager. Assist the respective building Facility Managers as and when requested to monitor the progress of variable works carried out by vendors. Coordinate with direct customers such as business partners and their appointed fit-out contractors when requested to monitor progress / observe tests.
