  • Keep a clean workstation by sanitizing and sweeping before the arrival of each new client and at the end of each workday

A multi-brand automotive service center in Dubai is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanic Forman to maintain and repair both manual and automatic vehicles. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure maximum reliability and functionality. An excellent Auto Mechanic should possess good eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and be well-versed in the complex mechanical or electronic systems of both premium and commercial petrol vehicles.

They should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and proficient communication skills to provide advice to customers.

The following are the requirements and skills needed for this position:

Job Summary:

The Watch Officer (WO) performs duties as a shift supervisor and shall be the senior RNOSCperson in the absence of the Chief Watch Officer. The Watch Officer shall supervise theoperation of the automation systems comprising the RNOSC. The Watch Officer shall performand oversee high-level network performance and fault management under the technical guidanceand direction of the RCC-SWA, for networks and network segments to include individual circuitsand network components. Must possess technical expertise in both systems architecture andnetwork design. Watch officers may be called on to participate in and lead design andimplementation projects as required.

The WO manages, monitors, and maintains situational awareness of all networks and systemsunder the responsibility of the RNOSC and will be responsible for resolving issues, tracking, andreporting progress through complete resolution. The candidate will also be responsible forproviding operational support to users within the AOR for managing, monitoring and maintainingsituational awareness of the networks and systems under RNOSC responsibility. The WatchOfficer analyzes and troubleshoots networks, to include network security policies andprocedures, network performance tuning and trending analysis and opens trouble tickets. TheWatch Officer generates reports and updates trouble tickets as required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages, monitors and maintains situational awareness of all network and systementities under the responsibility of the RNOSC.
  • Single point of contact for all communications needs and perform Enterprise services as required.
  • Attends and or conducts regular meetings to keep all parties apprised of network and communications/data systems changes, improvements, and project progression as required.
  • Schedules and prioritizes individual workload and provides status of tasking to theRNOSC Chief Watch Officer as is required.
  • Focal point for reporting all incidents (disruptions or potential disruptions in service availability or quality) and user POC for Service Requests (routine requests for services).
  • Provides overview and implementation of all NTOs as distributed to the various levels and ensures accuracy of all data prior to submission for completion.
  • Facilitates problem resolution by monitoring and reviewing tickets, gathering information on outages, and updating service tickets throughout the resolution process in order to provide the customer with feedback and/or resolution information as needed.
  • Works closely with all entities to ensure tickets are updated accurately and with the current information.
  • Provides technical and operational support to functional users by managing, monitoring, and maintaining situational awareness of networks and systems under the responsibility of the RNOSC.
  • Provides initial response to outage, degradation, or other events affecting systems and networks under the responsibility of the RNOSC, in assigning trouble tickets to the appropriate section.
  • Takes guidance and direction from RNOSC Chief/Watch Officer if service request is beyond scope of the RNOSC.
  • Responsible for ownership of Incident (Service Now) tickets from start until resolution and confirmation and closure of ticket once escalated to the RCC-SWA while keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Assists in preparing and presenting networks and systems outage reports for the RNOSC to various agencies.
  • Assists in monitoring and tracking all networks and systems under the responsibility of the RNOSC and assist in completing outage trend analysis reports.
  • Assists in providing operational status reporting to the RCC-SWA relating to network operations.
  • Enforces IA in accordance with AR 25-2 and shall provide initial triage on suspicious activities and evaluate them in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Processes and tracks authorized service interruptions (ASI) for subordinate facilities for routine maintenance and other scheduled service interruptions.
  • Conducts systematic audits on all information provided by the sites to include but not limited to database backups, network diagrams, and end of lifecycle data.
  • Additional requirements may vary depending upon location.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Education: High school diploma required or equivalent.
  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
  • Certifications: This position requires DoD 8570.01-M, IAT Level II certification andCorresponding Computing Environment certification.
  • Must have at least ONE of the following Computing Environment Certifications:

Working Environment:

1. Performs general cleaning duties including washing and painting of floors, rails, structures and carries out needle gunning, sandblasting, priming and painting of areas on rig as directed.

2. Assists Derrick man in chemicals mixing including basic operation and maintenance of mud hopper.

Assists in all loading unloading operations from trucks or barges including transfer of cargo on board the rig such as drill pipe, casing, drilling tools, chemicals, pallets, cargo, cages , cargo baskets, oil drums; to be familiar with safe slinging practices, load rating of different sizes of lifting equipment and crane operators signaling methods.

4. Familiarizes himself with general rig safety rules and ensure that equipment and machinery are used in safe way. Reports unsafe conditions or practice to supervisor.

5. Assists in cleaning all drifting and thread protection of tubulars. Ensure that thread protectors are always placed on drill pipe, drill collars and cross overs that are being hoisted or stored.

6. Participates in all safety meetings, courses, seminars sponsored by the company.

7. Carriers out other similar or related duties such as assisting in rig moves, tying of equipment and stores, observing safety rules and regulations.

Job Title: Lead Conversion Specialist (Sales)

Job Summary:

Gate ElWasl seeks a dynamic Sales Executive dedicated to converting incoming leads into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate will expertly handle customer inquiries, tailor solutions based on needs, and close sales for our documents clearing services. Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage in this client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Customer Communication: Understand client needs, present Gate ElWasl's services, and articulate the value we offer.
  • Sales Closure: Address customer questions, overcome objections, and negotiate favorable terms to secure deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate client information and records in the company's database system.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, contributing to the overall team performance.
  • Process Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest documents clearing procedures, regulations, and company offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven 5 years of track record in sales role (experience in document clearing or a related field is a plus).
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Persuasive Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Multilingualism: Fluency in English is essential. One additional language (Persian, French, etc.) is also a must, the more the merier.
  • Self-Motivation: A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently while actively contributing to team goals.

Telecaller

ROYAL PARAMOUNT PROPERTIES is looking for an experienced Telecaller IN DUBAI! (Only apply if you are based in the UAE and have experience in the real estate industry)

Prior experience as a Telecaller will be an advantage.

Daily 150 to 200 connected calls and fixed 20 to 25 qualified monthly meetings.

Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential clients interested in buying real estate properties in UAE.

Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.

Schedule qualified appointments and hand them to assigned Leaders.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate listings, including property details, pricing, and market trends in Dubai.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).

Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current market conditions, pricing, and legal regulations.

Exceptional inter personal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
