Design

- Has practical knowledge of design aspects of various pressure containing and pressure controlling oil field equipment’s including but not limited to Wellheads, Valves, Manifolds, Blow out Preventors, and its associated components and assemblies.

- Validate designs using appropriate software’s and ensure the guidelines are followed.

- Ability to generate production drawings from designs based on the standards (API) with complete detailing for machining, fabrication, welding, assembling, sub assembling including part details. welding details, sequence of fabrication, bill of material etc.

- Perform technical evaluation of installation control and design interface documents of various equipment’s to ensure successful implementation of designs

Design Standards & Calculations

- Ability to understand and interpret clients’ specifications of the project and international production standards and codes including API & ASME or similar.

- Must have a good understanding of international codes and standards specially within the parameters laid down by API for the design of oil field equipment’s, wellhead equipment’s, pressure control equipment’s and associated components, systems, and applications.

- Ability to Interpret engineering drawings and clients’ specifications, review and recommend on workability/ develop production repair methods and generate bill of materials.

- Create designs, general assembly drawings, production drawings using Solidworks or similar software’s and generate bill of materials.

- Perform detailed design calculations for load bearing, pressure containing, pressure control and other related parameters for the oil field equipment’s and wellhead equipment’s being manufactured or remanufactured.

- Must have knowledge of design calculations and parameters for multiple oil field equipment’s and its parts based on application and related connections in the systems.

- Work with multiple design, calculation and simulation software’s for calculations and drawings (STAAD, Mathcad, Solidworks, AutoCAD)

- Has a good understanding of various materials, properties, workability for various applications and factoring the design safety parameters.

Safety and Risk

- Has a thorough understanding of all risks associated with the production process and can implement mitigating actions.

Tendering and Estimation

- Provide inputs for accurate estimates based on site visits and client requirements and other parameters.

Systems

- Proficient in using the standard company approved IT systems nd has the ability to update the systems with new records and data and produce reports as per the project, department requirements.

- Ensure the entire design system is auditable and represent the company during the API audit process.Design and develop wellheads and valves according to API 6A standards.

Property Manager

  • Assist in Identifying retail projects in UAE and other GCC countries.
  • Conduct ongoing research on upcoming / available retail sites (new Shopping Malls, Store Sites etc) and related property information and update the group on the available options in retail development projects
  • Liaison / Coordinate with existing and new developers to scout for retail space.
  • Coordinate with the Concept teams for retail location / space requirement.
  • Follow up on on-going property negotiations.
  • Follow up on outstanding legal comments / pending sign offs on legal / lease agreements relating to retail locations / properties.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for payment of rentals or any other related financial issues.
  • Coordinate with the Legal team for lease renewals or any other pending legal related issues like contract modifications and convey the same to Mall Management / Property Developers / Owners.
  • Coordinate with individual Concept teams on agreement renewals and rent payments toward the Mall / leased retail space.
  • Maintain and update status reports and retail location data file (Details of existing / prospective retail properties including but not limited to Mall Management / Property Developer / Brokerage House details, Owners details, area of the property, space allocated / occupied by Concepts, base rent, service charges, tenure of lease, fit out period, handover date, opening date, action plans),
  • Assist in maintaining market intelligence and competitor activity analysis from a retail property development and business expansion
  • Prepare updates on Projects and Property Development, this includes Quarterly reports in conjunction with Head – Property Development

  • Circulating Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management & key stakeholders.
  • Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends, mainly on Sales/Margins/Inventory/Productivity.
  • Working closely with other stakeholders in resolving their queries and collating data from time to time to prepare accurate reports.
  • Assisting Finance Managers in monthly book closure, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure that opportunities for cost reduction and optimization are identified.
  • Monitor the company’s financial performance, in order to provide transparency and accountability, by developing and tracking a standardized system of KPIs and ensure that financial risk is mitigated and accounted for by running cost controlling activities.

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for leading projects from ideation through to completion including planning, managing, developing, and executing effective solutions to facilitate the delivery of IT projects on time within budget to achieve the desired results. What you will be doing

  • Responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects within IT service delivery and execute strategies for building brand recognition by ensuring high standards of services and operations.
  • Responsible for preparing project plans including estimating timelines, measuring risk and devising project requirement to ensure timely delivery of project, within scope and budget.
  • Act as subject matter expert to evaluate vendor proposals with technical team to ensure best solution.
  • implementation and liaise with third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure software solutions are designed considering high-quality standard ISO/IEC 25010 and support minimal viable product (MVP) deliverables.
  • Facilitating the management of the portfolio of IT projects, including identifying dependencies between
  • projects, resources, and ensure reporting of programme level issues and risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, project summary report including schedule, budget, and risks with KPI.
