What You’ll Do

• Lead all monthly accounting deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management
• Manage daily task assignments and workflows for the accounting team, ensuring scope of work is completed on time
• Drive month-end close efficiency and continuous process improvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel communications, translating financial information into clear, actionable insights
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages
• Perform variance analysis and collaborate with hotel leadership to explain financial results
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and hospitality industry best practices
• Assist with audit preparation and coordination with external auditors
• Support a smooth transition alongside an in-house Senior Controller, ensuring alignment of processes and controls
• Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, reinforcing strong hospitality accounting practices
  
  

• Hospitality accounting experience is required — hotel or complex controller experience managing daily accounting operations and month-end close
• 5+ years of experience in a Lead Controller or Senior Controller role
• Proven experience in hospitality, hotel, or mixed-use property accounting environments
• Industry ERP experience (M3 preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Strong leadership, organization, and task management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

Technicien contrôle qualité LC-MS - Industrie pharmaceutique (H/F)

Le client Manpower Life Science, cabinet spécialisé dans le recrutement pour les industries de la Santé, accompagne ses clients dans leurs projets de recrutement stratégique et de développement.

Dans le cadre d’un renfort d’équipe au sein d’un laboratoire pharmaceutique international, nous recherchons un(e) technicien contrôle qualité LC-MS.

Les missions Intégré(e) à l’équipe du laboratoire de contrôle qualité physico-chimique, vous participerez aux analyses des matières premières, des produits en cours de fabrication et des produits finis.

Vos Missions Seront Notamment Les Suivantes

• Réalisation des analyses physico-chimiques (matières premières, produits intermédiaires, produits finis, échantillons de stabilité), avec mise en œuvre des techniques analytiques dont la LC-MS
• Vérification des résultats par rapport aux spécifications et aux tendances
• Interprétation des données issues de la LC-MS (identification, dosage, impuretés)
• Saisie des résultats dans les systèmes de suivi et de gestion documentaire
• Déclaration et suivi des investigations analytiques (résultats non conformes, hors tendance, atypiques)
• Respect des délais d’analyse selon le planning défini
• Application rigoureuse des consignes HSE, des BPF et du système qualité en place
• Participation aux actions d’amélioration continue et aux tâches collectives du laboratoire
  
  

Le profil

• Formation Bac+2 à Bac+3 en chimie analytique ou discipline équivalente
• Expérience minimale de 2 ans en laboratoire de contrôle qualité pharmaceutique
• Maîtrise confirmée de la technique LC-MS
• Bonne connaissance des techniques analytiques complémentaires : HPLC, UV, IR, dissolution, CPG
• Maîtrise des logiciels professionnels (ex : Empower, SAP, Pack Office)
• Connaissance approfondie des BPF et des référentiels qualité du secteur pharmaceutique
• Capacité d’analyse, rigueur scientifique et esprit critique
• Autonomie, organisation et aptitude au travail en équipe
• Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (rapports d’analyses, investigations, procédures)
• Permis B et véhicule requis (site non desservi par les transports en commun)
