Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join our Finance & Accounting Department and support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company’s financial operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing coffee and tea supply business operating in a dynamic FMCG environment.


Qualifications & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

·       Excellense in SAP 

·       3–5+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit

·       Experience in FMCG, supply chain, trading, or similar sectors preferred

·       Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax

Key Responsibilities


1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

·       Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations

·       Deliver management reporting including sales analysis, margins, cost breakdowns and cash flow insights

·       Conduct variance analysis and track key KPIs (EBITDA, gross margin, net profit, working capital)


2. Budgeting & Forecasting

·       Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts

·       Monitor budget adherence and identify cost optimization opportunities

·       Conduct cash flow forecasting and scenario planning


3. Cost Control & Inventory Management

·       Monitor and reconcile inventory costs (Coffee, Trade Food, Non-Trade Food)

·       Ensure accurate stock valuation

·       Support credit policy and debt management processes


4. Tax Compliance

·       Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations

·       Oversee timely VAT submissions and corporate tax preparation

·       Reconcile tax accounts and coordinate with external advisors and auditors

·       Monitor regulatory updates and assess tax risks


5. Internal Controls & Process Improvement

·       Strengthen financial controls and reporting processes

·       Drive automation and ERP improvements

·       Participate in financial risk assessments


6. Business Partnering

·       Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Global IT

·       Support profitability analysis at client and product level

·       Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

Facilities Supervisor (on site)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Facilities Supervisor to manage our Arjan building and ensure efficient team operations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with tenant maintenance requests. The Facilities Supervisor will report directly to the Building Owner. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle responsibilities with confidence and authority.


What You'll Do


  • Assist the Facilities Management team in all aspects of FM related activities in managed portfolio.
  • Conduct periodical planned/unplanned inspections of managed properties and provide periodic inspection reports with analysis of systems status.
  • Inspection, detailing maintenance required and liaising to prepare new lettings for handover to tenants.
  • Co-ordinating maintenance activities with service providers to ensure prompt and timely execution of required works as per quality and standards required and arranging competitive tenders.
  • Co-ordinate maintenance requests from tenants and arrange quotation for works if approval by the Landlord is required.
  • Manage security and cleaning staff and oversee the distribution and application of related policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the selection of contract services, vendor negotiation of service agreements and evaluate bidder tender proposal documents.
  • Manages the various aspects of Property Handover and Defects Liability management for Infrastructure and Common Areas in all properties from an FM perspective.
  • Oversee vendor performances to assure full compliance with standards established within the service agreement.
  • Evaluate service provider performance and activities through monthly audit with respect to SLA and KPIs and identify areas for improvement or changes.
  • To attend regular meetings with service providers and where necessary assist in identifying new service providers.
  • Monitors a close working relationship with all the vendors under his/her control to ensure that they fully understand the client culture and are made to feel part of the team delivering a high-quality service.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety and Environmental issues are managed in line with the set procedures.
  • Monitor and control the fit out works and ensure compliance.
  • To deal with emergency situations when arises, and to ensure smooth recovery ASAP.
  • Responsible for maintaining building safety and ensuring fire protection equipment are in healthy condition.


What You'll Need


  • At least Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role with developer or a facility management company.
  • Having driver's license with own car.
  • Excellent Technical skill in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Power Point and Word).
  • Sound knowledge of MEP & Civil maintenance jobs.
  • Ability to plan and execute a varied and complex workload.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of relevant local legislation and procedures.
  • Flexible attitude on attending issues outside of office hours.
  • Possesses strong language and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to have a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
  • Self-Motivated and team player.
  • Time Management and Problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to resolve problems under pressure and be decisive on upkeeping company's interest.

Job Summary:

Independently performs complex professional engineering or scientific assignments in support of our regional customers and various studies/projects.

Provides technical support/input to our regional customers to support/troubleshoot various operational/technical issues encountered within their local facilities. Provides engineering support to our various study/project teams located within various offices globally.
