The Head of Sales Senior Manager - UAE is responsible for leading and developing the sales strategy and operations within the UAE market. This role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets, expanding market share, and strengthening key customer relationships in line with the company's regional and global objectives.
To lead, direct, manage, and motivate the team to achieve maximum sales, based on the growth strategy of CEVA Logistics within UAE. The Head of Sales Senior Manager will work within the BD department to design and implement the sales strategy to be approved by senior management, ensuring the approach is effective and consistent with corporate guidelines.
Sales Strategy & Planning
1 Develop and implement the annual sales plan for the UAE, aligned with regional and global strategies.
2 Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
3 Set country sales targets (revenue, margin, volume, product mix) and manage performance against these targets
Business Development & Key Accounts
1 Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the UAE.
2 Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
3 Lead negotiations of major contracts and pricing agreements in line with company policies
Team Leadership & Management
1 Lead, coach, and develop the UAE sales team to achieve high performance and accountability.
2 Set clear objectives and KPIs for sales staff and conduct regular performance reviews
3 Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales team members.
4 Manage the development of the staff in line with their training needs analysis and career path and provides advice regarding career growth.

Operational & Commercial Management
1 Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and budgets; provide regular, accurate reporting to regional leadership.
2 Ensure correct implementation of business through understanding the requirement of the client, translate it into S.M.A.R.T SOP & CSOP and ensure alignment with stakeholders, including but not limited to pricing, discount, and credit terms policies in the UAE market.

The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikToks advertising business growth. Key Responsibilities
Design, create, and deliver high-quality motion graphics for web, mobile, video, and digital platforms
Collaborate with creative and art teams to select visuals, audio, colors, animation styles, and layouts
Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion graphics, effects, and visual elements
Develop design concepts, layouts, and motion graphic plans for assigned projects
Assist in the creation of animation storyboards and visual concepts
Ensure proper file organization, version control, and naming conventions
Stay up to date with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques
Maintain best practices in motion graphics production and workflow
Support the team in selecting appropriate creative assets for projects
Promote Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards by ensuring safe systems of work
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
Education
Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, including video production and animation
Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
Excellent eye for design, aesthetics, and detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to clearly communicate creative ideas
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
