The CSP Engineer is responsible for improving customer service processes, service quality, and after-sales operations in the automobile business. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring service standards, coordinating with dealers/workshops, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with company and OEM guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve customer service processes at dealership/workshop level.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM service standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyze customer complaints, feedback, and service data to identify improvement areas.
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop teams to resolve service issues.
  • Support implementation of Customer Satisfaction Programs (CSP) and service campaigns.
  • Conduct service audits, process checks, and customer handling evaluations.
  • Assist in reducing repeat repairs, turnaround time (TAT), and service escalations.
  • Track Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and recommend corrective actions.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of automobile service operations and after-sales processes.
  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair workflows, and workshop operations.
  • Familiarity with customer complaint handling and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to interpret service data, CSI scores, and performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of warranty processes and service policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in automobile after-sales, service operations, or customer service roles.
  • Experience working with dealerships or OEM service teams will be an advantage.

Responsibilities will be the management of incoming leads and conducting meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate set-up/expansion plan. Identify new business opportunities - including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. To be suitable for this role you must have at least 3+ years of sales experience in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment. Experience in business set-ups and company formations would be preferred but is not a deal breaker. You will need the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, potential customers, partnerships, added products and services, etc. Be able to manage clients independently and be proficient in data analysis and forecasting. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Resident Engineer - Electrical to join our team for utility and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE legislation, codes of practice, and industry best practices.

Job Purpose

The Resident Engineer - Electrical shall be responsible for the supervision, coordination, and monitoring of all electrical works related to 33kV, 22kV, and 11kV power networks and power transformers, ensuring full compliance with TAQA requirements, approved drawings, technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual obligations. The position requires a professional previously approved by TAQA for a similar electrical supervision role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor Contractor's electrical works associated with 33kV / 22kV / 11kV power distribution networks, including substations, power transformers, MV switchgear, protection systems, and underground cable networks.
  • Ensure all electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, TAQA standards, specifications, and statutory authority requirements.
  • Review and recommend approval of shop drawings, method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and technical documents related to MV networks and power transformers.
  • Witness installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of power transformers, including associated protection, earthing, and auxiliary systems.
  • Coordinate with TAQA, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper planning and execution of site activities.
  • Monitor construction progress, identify technical risks, and report NCRs, delays, and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements during execution of all electrical works.
  • Review inspection requests and ensure quality of works prior to TAQA inspections.
  • Assist in preparation of progress reports, site instructions, technical correspondence, and handover documentation.
  • Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover of MV networks and power transformers.
