Product Digitally Technical Standard Operation Procedures and supporting Documentation

  • Write digitally documentation in accordance with project and Siemen's policies using editing tools.

  • Then digitally delivering these packages of processes into Siemens local documentation platform ensuring "one source of accurate information" is available digitally to all our maintenance staff for Siemens trains.

  • Checking and validating documentation produced by suppliers or from within the maintenance teams.

  • Administer the Content Management System in Siemens local documentation platform to ensure the accuracy of materials, tools and documentation are assured in line with Siemen's procedures.

  • Working with the maintenance, Maintenance Engineers, Engineering Services Managers, Technical Managers, and EHS providers of the associated software packages to set up and configure the Documentation System to ensure optimum means of creation, approval, distribution and publication of Standard Operation.

  • Use various systems (SAP, Cormap, SharePoint etc) to find source information and utilise this in the maintenance documentation.

  • Help the Program Manager implement safe systems and controls within your area of responsibility. Understand, implement, and comply with the Siemens HSQE policies.

Language Lead – CEMEA

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious technology brand putting a passion for language and culture into everyday practice. The Language Lead is responsible for leading language services the newly formed CEMEA region. This involves bringing together a talented team of Creative Directors, Editors and Project Managers and inspiring them to produce at the highest standard.

The Language Lead will support the Business Director (BD), along with Hogarth senior leadership, to deliver world-class marketing communications through knowledge, strategy, and exceptional planning. This role requires strategic thinking - the willingness to drive improvements, initiatives, and innovation as well as set and deliver best practice.

  • Develop and own a strong strategic partnership with our client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership

  • Manage a team of Transcreation Account Managers and linguists to ensure an efficient localization set-up to produce high-quality output.
  • Lead by example, to build an inclusive team culture, where collaboration, fresh thinking, a can-do attitude and Hogarth values are embedded within the team DNA.
  • Review team requirements on an ongoing basis and, with the help of data, ensure the client is serviced appropriately whilst maintaining agreed profitability.
  • Inspire and empower, ensuring work is effectively delegated and individuals take full ownership and responsibility for their projects.
  • Identify and lead any Language recruitment requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate training/onboarding for incoming and existing teams.
  • Ensure the team are well utilized and performing to the high standard.

  • Possess a strong understanding of and consistently deliver against all contractual obligations, commercial arrangements, KPIs and SLAs with our client.

  • Overall responsibility for the Transcreation Account Managers and linguists to ensure an efficient localization set-up to produce high-quality output.
  • Identify and lead any Language recruitment requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate training/onboarding for incoming and existing teams.
  • Conduct and manage performance appraisals for direct reports.
  • Assist with one-to-one management / mentoring.
  • Able to create and maintain strong relationships with freelance talent – talent engagement via newsletters, orientation decks, regular check-ins.
  • Review team structure and resource on an ongoing basis, and with the help of data, to ensure client is serviced appropriately whilst maintaining agreed profitability.
  • Ensure the team are well utilized and performing to the high standard.
  • Point of escalation for Hogarth internal teams.

Financemanagement, reporting and business growth

  • Contribute to quarterly budget planning, re-forecasting, reconciliation and analysis.
  • Monitor budget utilization across teams and flag issues to key stakeholders.
  • Manage resourcing across teams by monitoring data-led utilization and productivity.
  • Report regularly on linguistic team performances and productivity.
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies.
  • Manage and maintain a continual focus on cost and revenue.
  • Lead and deliver regular business reviews to Director level (and above).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lead client servicing role with deep understanding of language processes, transcreation and localization, preferably from a linguistic or creative background.
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including confidence in presenting and storytelling to drive change and improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally from the Language or creative industry, whilst keeping a keen eye for detail.
  • Focus on continuous improvements, delivering excellent quality and high levels of customer service.
  • Agency experience managing international clients in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience of running an account team including resource planning.
  • People management experience.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Fluent written and spoken English – a second language is preferred but not a must.

  • Notify the Operation Support Representative if any ‘Nil’ marks cargo is found inside the container and ensure authorization is obtained from the Customer/Agent before starting operations.
  • Count and record all cargo discharged from the container and prepare a Receiving Tally Sheet, clearly noting any damage.
  • Count and record all cargo loaded into the container and prepare a Load Tally Sheet, maintaining accurate tracking during unstuffing/loading activities.
  • Upon completion of each sheet, submit the Receive/Load Tally Sheets to the Operation Support Representative with all details duly filled. Any cargo or container damage must be reported immediately to the Operation Support Representative, and acknowledgment should be obtained on the tally sheet from the customer representative present during the operation.
  • Record and document any damage to cargo or containers and forward supporting photos to the Operation Support Team for customer approval before commencing CFS operations.
  • Report on any technical issues encountered with equipment during operations to Technical Support Team through the Operation Support Team to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
  • Receive instructions and work allocations from the Operation Support representative and monitor cargo movement to and from the yard/shed across three types of movements:
  1. Receipt from the container Issue to the container
  2. Delivery to the consignee
  • Coordinate with forklift operators to ensure proper categorization and placement of cargo in the storage area or CFS warehouse according to respective cargo marks.

Role Summary

As Manager, Retail Media Ads Growth, you will be part of the Retail Media Growth team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Retail Media Growth. You will own a portfolio of accounts across MENA, driving ad sales, expanding advertiser relationships, and unlocking revenue from long-tail and local market accounts.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone with an Ads Tech or digital advertising background, who thrives on meeting ambitious targets and building strong advertiser partnerships.
