What You Will Do

Your Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction industry clients.

Strategic Account Planning

Salary And Benefits

    Junior Civil Design Engineer (Saudi National)
    (Prequalification, Registration)
    Position Overview
    The Junior Civil Design Engineer supports civil engineering design activities while also assisting in company prequalification, client registration and technical documentation. The role works under senior engineers and commercial teams, contributing to both engineering and bidding functions of the organization.

    Key Responsibilities
    Civil Engineering & Design Support
    • Assist in the preparation of civil engineering drawings, layouts, and design documents under senior engineer supervision.
    • Support basic design calculations, quantity take-offs (BOQs), and material specifications.
    • Use AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit to develop and update drawings as per project requirements.
    • Review civil drawings and ensure compliance with Saudi codes, project specifications, and standards.
    • Assist during site visits, inspections, and coordination to verify design inputs and site conditions.

    Prequalification & Company Registration
    • Assist in company pre-qualification submissions with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
    • Support vendor registration on client portals (e.g., government entities, semi-government, EPC contractors).
    • Coordinate collection of company documents, including:
      • Commercial registration
      • Engineering licenses
      • Company profiles
      • Past project references
      • Financial and compliance documents
    • Maintain and update prequalification and registration databases.

    Coordination & Documentation
    • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and business development teams.
    • Maintain organized records of prequalification submissions, and engineering documents.
    • Prepare basic reports, trackers, and status updates for management.
    • Ensure documentation is aligned with quality and audit requirements.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Saudi National (as per Saudization requirements).
    • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).

    Skills & Competencies
    • Basic knowledge of civil engineering design principles.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D / Revit is an advantage).
    • Understanding of tendering and prequalification processes (preferred).
    • Strong documentation and coordination skills.
    • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
    • Well-organized with attention to detail and deadlines.

    What you'll do:


    The Senior Architecture Advisor (AA) collaborates closely with SAP s Sales organization and Partner ecosystem to develop account strategies.     Account Planning & Architecture Management Responsibilities:
    • Evaluate current O&G customer solutions from SAP and identify opportunities for accelerated solution adoption, consumption, and footprint expansion.
    • Engage with customers throughout the sales process as an essential member of the SAP account team.
    • Lead business and IT architecture definitions to ensure alignment and collaboration among SAP organizations, customers, and partners.
    • Facilitate communication between the customer and SAP product development leadership.
    Creating an SAP Architecture Vision for the Customer:
    • Support demand generation through strategic thought leadership.
    • Analyze the customer s business processes and model using industry reference architecture.

    • Promote standard cloud architectures that leverage plug-and-play cloud solutions.

    What you bring:
