Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Auto motive Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring seamless communication, providing expert guidance, and facilitating the smooth execution of vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and actively listen to their concerns and vehicle issues. Provide professional assistance and explanations regarding recommended services, repairs, and maintenance.
