Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end execution, coordination, and management of company formation, visa processing, and bank account opening for Mainland and Freezone entities. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, authority coordination, documentation accuracy, and client handling to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with UAE laws.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Company License Issuance (Mainland & Freezone)

Handle end-to-end company formation for Mainland and all major Freezones.

Coordinate with DED, Freezone Authorities, Economic Departments, and other government entities.

Prepare, review, and submit license applications, MOA, shareholder documents, and approvals.

Advise internal teams and clients on correct jurisdiction, activity selection, and compliance requirements.

Track license status and ensure timely issuance and renewals.

Handle amendments such as activity change, name change, shareholder changes, and branch setup.

2. Client Coordination & Service Delivery

Act as a single point of contact for assigned clients post-sales.

Provide clear timelines, documentation checklists, and process explanations.

Handle client escalations professionally and ensure service satisfaction.

Maintain high service standards aligned with company SLAs.

3. Compliance & Documentation Control

Maintain accurate digital and physical records of licenses, visas, and bank files.

Monitor changes in regulations and inform internal stakeholders proactively.

4. Internal Coordination & Reporting

Update internal CRM/ERP systems with accurate case status.

Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management.

Suggest process improvements to enhance turnaround time and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Mainland & multiple Freezones (IFZA, RAKEZ, DMCC, DAFZA, Meydan, etc.).

Strong knowledge of UAE company laws, immigration rules, and banking compliance.

Proven experience dealing with government portals and authorities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of a wide range of fit-out projects including commercial offices, retail outlets, F&B establishments, luxury hospitality, healthcare, and high-end residential interiors across Dubai and the wider UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from initiation to handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and full regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept design review to final handover.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, resources, and procurement strategies.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed Gantt charts/programmes using MS Project
  • Lead project mobilization, site setup, and preliminary works.

Site & Construction Management

  • Liaise with the QS/commercial team for progress billing, payment applications, and final accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, DHAM, etc.), and landlord/consultant requirements.

Procurement & Resource Management

  • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of approved materials, FF&E, and long-lead items.
  • Approve vendor/supplier selection in coordination with procurement and design team.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project specifications and schedules.
  • Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors, safety officers, and subcontractor staff.

Quality Assurance & Handover

  • Implement rigorous quality control processes, including mockups, inspections, and snagging.
  • Prepare snagging/de-snagging reports and manage final handover and documentation (O&M manuals, as-built drawings, warranties).
  • Ensure zero-defect handover and successful project closure.

Shift Charge Engineer

Eligibility: UAE Nationals

Job Description:

The Shift Charge Engineer is responsible for directing Power plant operators in the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the power plant which includes HRSGs, gas and steam turbines, generators, associated auxiliary equipment and substations in accordance with SAOM Policies, the PPA or as directed by the Production Manager.

Shift Charge Engineer is responsible for coordinating and communicating with other Maintenance Engineers, departments and shared facilities personnel to analyze and resolve problems.

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.
  • Ten years of power plant experience in a Thermal power Plant, three years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Combined Cycle Power Plant experience, >500 MW capacity power plant experience and previous experience as SCE in medium to large Power Plant are Preferable.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to take direction and responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze a problem and pursue to successful conclusion
  • Team player.

Job Requirements

The duties and responsibilities of Shift Charge Engineer include but are not limited to the following:

  • Leads the shift group in safe and efficient operation of the S3 Power Plant equipment.
  • Directs power generation plant operators on the operation of all plant equipment in a safe, reliable and efficient manner in accordance with the PPA following industry standards, environmental compliance, original equipment manufacturers recommendations and SAOM and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Directs all operators to ensure the operation of all equipment in a manner which will achieve the optimum Plant availability, reliability and efficiency without compromising personnel and equipment safety.
  • Liaising with TRANSCo for the plant Generation declarations, dispatch and outages.
  • Liaising with GASCo and ADNOC for the fuel gas and fuel oil receipts and outages.
  • Prepares and reviews the equipment SOPs and LOTO procedures.
  • Ensures Operation Department Standard Operating Procedures are followed in Plant operations
  • Ensures all the plant emergency and protection equipment is available. Reports the deviations to the Production Manager and the Maintenance personnel for immediate rectification.
  • Ensures equipment isolation and normalization are carried out per the requirement following proper Safety PTW and LOTO procedures.
  • Leads the shift team to meet Shift group, Production department and SAOM annual targets.
  • Responsible to oversee all start-up, shutdown and emergency operations as per the stipulated procedures.
  • Analyze plant operating problems and coordinates solutions with his shift group, other operating Shifts and Maintenance Departments without compromising safety, and with least impact on plant availability and reliability.
  • As an incident controller, takes appropriate measures to control the onsite and offsite emergencies.
  • Acts as Site Controller in the absence of Plant General Manager and Production Manager until they arrive at site. Declares the emergencies according the potential of the emergency. Hands over the duties Plant General Manager or Production Manager upon their arrival and updates of the status.
  • Maintains the shift logs, equipment operation data, parameter trends and equipment history records.
  • Reports immediately to the Operations Manager whenever :
  • An accident occurs involving serious injury to personnel.
  • A plant upset occurs which would result in an extended loss of plant equipment availability.
  • It is necessary to take disciplinary action.
  • Ensures operators and chemists adhere to housekeeping policies.
  • Ensures daily, weekly and monthly reports and logs are maintained.
  • Evaluates the performance of subordinates.
  • Trains operators and chemists as needed.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor (MEP) to join our project team.

1. Job Purpose:

To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all HSE, QA

and productivity-related targets. Supervise and follow up on the overall work and interact with the site general

foreman, charge-hands and labour group members to ensure smooth running of tasks at job sites

throughout the work period. Responsible for supervising several skilled teams of resources to ensure

maximum productivity at minimum cost and of the highest quality whilst carried out in a safe manner.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise the works as executed by the various resource teams, ensuring compliance with all

HSE, QA and productivity-related targets.

  • Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure project activities are carried out as per plan.
  • Handle the assignments delegated by the Site Engineer.
  • Identification, review, and correction of non-conforming products.
  • Prepare material procurement as per shop drawing schedules.
  • Determine manpower requirement and histogram.
  • Prepare material and labour requirement estimates along with the site engineer.
  • Ensure workers have the correct PPE for all Project locations as required for the work being done.
  • Identify material, equipment and manpower requirements to complete the project work on time.
  • Assist the Site Engineer in preparing daily reports and weekly reports.
  • Responsible for achieving progress at the site. Submit highlighted drawings to the site engineer/ QAQC to submit work inspections.
  • Project Stage: Design and build, Record with management for rework, and ensure highlighted

drawings based on site installation.

  • Maintain machinery and tools in good condition.
  • Keep the project site neat and tidy.
  • Monitor to ensure all employees follow safety rules and regulations at the project site.
  • Handle other assignments as assigned by the Site Engineer.
  • Ensure workers use the correct tools and equipment for the work being carried out.
  • Understand all of the specifications/drawing documents and maintain up-to-date registers where appropriate.

  • Productivity reports in junction with Site Engineers Reports
  • Labor/ Machinery Review
  • Permanent Material Schedule/ Material Request from Store

    Head of Marketing - Online Shopping Company

    Job Title: Head of Marketing / Marketing Director

    Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (KSA)

    Type: Full-Time

    Reporting To: CEO


    Role Summary

    The Head of Marketing will define, lead, and execute the full marketing roadmap for the company’s e-commerce platform. This position plays a pivotal role in launching, accelerating, and optimizing the platform’s performance, ensuring brand coherence, measurable commercial outcomes, and executional excellence across all digital channels. As the first senior marketing leader, the role carries full accountability for marketing strategy, agency direction, and cross-functional integration.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Direction

    • Develop and steer the comprehensive marketing strategy for the e-commerce platform, from pre-launch to scale-up.
    • Establish marketing frameworks, operating guidelines, and best practices in coordination with IT, Commercial, and Operations.
    • Serve as the principal marketing authority for approvals, prioritization, and decision-making tied to platform strategy.

    Brand, Acquisition & Performance Growth

    • Drive brand development, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives through performance-led digital marketing and social commerce.
    • Oversee the full digital performance mix including SEO, paid advertising, social media, CRM/email, and video-driven engagement.
    • Leverage creators, influencers, and partnerships to build credibility and broaden relevance among Saudi consumers.
    • Apply analytics to reduce CAC, enhance conversion, improve retention, and maximize marketing ROI.
    • Adapt brand messaging, segmentation, and channel strategy to Saudi consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and seasonal behaviors.

    Content & Product Asset Management

    • Partner with IT and Creative partners to finalize product titles, descriptions, taxonomy, and metadata across curated and open SKU collections.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO alignment across all product content.
    • Approve hero banners, category visuals, and UI assets across web, responsive, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).

    Campaign Execution & Agency Leadership

    • Coordinate alignment sessions with digital agencies and IT to ensure campaign timelines, creative assets, and platform deliverables are synchronized.
    • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.
    • Direct agencies to prioritize high-performing and strategically significant products for the KSA market to maximize efficiency and impact.

    Commercial Activation & Promotions

    • Utilize the Deal Page as a core sales-driving mechanic to showcase curated offers and bundles.
    • Ensure promotional creatives are optimized and repurposed effectively across the Deal Page and related placements.
    • Collaborate with Vendor Management & Trade (VMT) to align promotions, vendor funding, and commercial priorities within marketing plans.

    Governance & Approval Authority

    • Own the final Vendor Pack sign-off, ensuring alignment with brand standards, commercial targets, and platform readiness.
    • Act as final gatekeeper for marketing assets, ensuring uniformity, quality, and strategic alignment.


    Experience & Qualifications

    • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with significant exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing, or omnichannel retail.
    • Proven experience launching an e-commerce platform from scratch, including content setup, performance campaigns, and go-live execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaborations with IT, Product, Commercial, and agencies.
    • Strong expertise in managing creative, media, and digital partners at senior level.
    • Experience in the KSA or GCC market preferred, with clear understanding of regional consumer behavior and e-commerce adoption.

    خبرة من 1 إلى 2 سنوات في وظائف الموارد البشرية.

    معرفة جيدة بنظام العمل السعودي ولوائحه (يفضّل).

    مهارات عالية في التواصل، التنظيم، ودقة التفاصيل.

    القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق وتحمل ضغط العمل.

    We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at our bakery located at Al Kheesa , Qatar. If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to a vibrant team .

    • Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
    • Preparing dessert, such as pastel de nata or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
    • Packaging food and beverages for sale.
    • Selling coffee and tea blends and brewing equipment, highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about brewing methods.
    • Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
    • Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
    • Updating signage and displays to attract customers.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month

    Experience:

    • Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
