بكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية/الكهربائية/المدنية) أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة العمليات أو الصيانة والتشغيل.
معرفة بأنظمة الصيانة الحديثة؛ يُفضل خبرة في نظام إدارة الصيانة المحوسب (CMMS).
مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات.
إتقان كتابة التقارير، والإشراف الميداني، واتخاذ القرارات.
إلمام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
