Operations Manager

Gaia Living Real Estate is seeking a highly accomplished Operations Manager for a full-time, a leadership position to provide strategic and operational oversight across the company’s real estate activities in Dubai. This role requires a seasoned real estate professional with deep market expertise, strong governance standards, and a proven track record of managing complex real estate operations within a regulated environment. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide full operational oversight of all real estate functions, including sales, leasing, secondary market, off-plan, and client services 
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and internal controls 
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate senior managers, brokers, and operational teams to ensure high performance and compliance 
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA, DLD, AML, KYC, and all applicable UAE regulatory frameworks 
  • Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance management systems across departments 
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and scalability as the business grows 
  • Work closely with shareholders and executive leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and expansion initiatives 
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to support informed decision-making 
  • Oversee CRM systems, broker performance frameworks, onboarding processes, and training standards 
  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, strategic partnerships, and key client engagements 


Candidate Requirements 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in real estate, with significant exposure to the Dubai market 
  • Proven experience in a management full-time role within a real estate brokerage or property firm 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Dubai real estate areas, including primary and secondary markets 
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws, brokerage operations, compliance, and reporting requirements 
  • Knowledge of the UK real estate market is highly desirable 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage multi-department operations 
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills 


Educational & Professional Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, Management, or a related field (mandatory) 
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred 
  • RERA certification or equivalent professional licensing is an advantage

Group Leader Compliance-EN

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all initial and recurrent FSTD qualifications with all NAAs.

  • Schedule a program to achieve all the milestones required by the regulator related to objective testing(QTGs) of all the devices.
  • Ensure that all requirements for the CAE QMS in relation of the NAA standards are adhered to by ECFT .
  • Interact with regulatory authorities, instructors, other engineers/technicians.
  • Present documentation and submit relevant results to regulatory authorities.
  • Review technical updates to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • The incumbent makes decisions and recommendations as per formal guidelines or precedents.
  • Ensure compliance as per GFTOM(Technical Operations Manual) requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Aerospace Engineering, A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in aviation compliance, quality assurance, or safety management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role within a flight training organization or airline.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and regional aviation regulations (e.g., GCAA CARs, EASA FTL, ICAO SARPs) pertaining to flight training and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing a Compliance Management System (CMS) or Safety Management System (SMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into practical operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software is highly desirable.
  • Auditor certification (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001, GCAA Compliance Auditor) is a significant advantage.

Planner/ Planning Engineer - Qatar based

We are seeking an experienced Planner/ Planning Engineer to join our supervision team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of planning experience in consultancy firms, with a focus on residential projects. Must have experience aligning project timelines with client requirements and multi-disciplinary teams. The Planner will be responsible for preparing and monitoring project schedules using Primavera P6.

Job Description:

This role combines data analysis, business requirement gathering, and data mapping expertise for projects built on the Teradata Financial Services Logical Data Model (FSLDM). You will work across business stakeholders, data architects, and ETL teams to translate financial services requirements into accurate source-to-target mappings and analytics-ready datasets.

Domain Expertise: 5–10 years in data/business analysis within banking or financial services; exposure to regulatory reporting (Basel, BCBS 239).

FSLDM Knowledge: Understanding of Teradata FSLDM or other financial services data models.

Data Analysis: Proficient in SQL for data extraction, profiling, and validation (Teradata, Oracle, or similar).

Tools: ERwin (or similar modeling tools), Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Teradata Vantage experience.
  • Experience with metadata tools (IBM Information Governance Catalog or Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC) or erwin Data Intelligence (DI)).
  • Exposure to data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of multiple source systems in banking (payments, trade finance, credit, GL)
