  • Eliminate 300 GWh of curtailed renewable generation annually

1. PROJECT MANAGER / TEAM LEADER (Key Expert)

As a structural engineer, you will be working for the Global Engineering department of the Boskalis Offshore Energy division. This department is responsible for the strength verification of the vessels in the fleet and designing of various temporary works, structures and providing technical support to various business units/departments within the Offshore Energy division. We work with state-of-the-art equipment that meets the highest quality and safety requirements.
We are looking for a pragmatic and solution-oriented engineer with an eye to safety. In the role of Structural Engineer, you will be able to rely on your technical affinity and experience to make a stable contribution to our team. Provide “up-to-date” engineering advice and support, and assist in the development and improvement of structural engineering working methods, tools, and equipment.

Your responsibilities as a Structural Engineer:

  • Prepare reports with design and verification calculations for all structural works within the Scope, Budget, and Schedule.
  • Develop various concepts for design and advise on the most suitable solution for the problem.
  • Verification of drawings to ensure that these match with engineering performed.
  • Initiate and document good engineering practices, tools, and departmental standards.
  • First point of contact during the construction and fabrication of the designed items.
  • Managing design and verification works at subcontractor engineering firms.
  • Your Typical Deliverables: Sea fastening analyses, Global Hull Analyses, Lifting point verification, Global strength verifications of vessels, Jackets and Topsides, On Bottom Stability analyses, Strongpoint verifications, Deck load diagrams, etc.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as a Structural Engineer if you have:

  • Recognized MSc or BSc Degree in Marine and Mechanical.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering in the Offshore field, Practical Offshore experience.
  • Proven expertise in FEA tools, with advanced skills in Ansys and scripting/automation via Python (PyAnsys). Skills in FEMAP, RFEM and Mathcad are also appreciated.
  • Strong insight into constructability with practical shipyard and offshore considerations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Class rules for vessels (LR, BV, ABS), offshore structures (DNV, API), and Operational guidelines (DNVGL) used by MWS.
  • Able to write Basis of Design, Design Briefs, and specifications.
  • A good command of spoken English and academic reporting skills.

About the Role

We seek an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects. • Proven track record of managing budgets >$1M and complex schedules.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations (OSHA 30 preferred), and construction methods.

General Accountant

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our team in the UAE - Sharjah


Key Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE

✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and FTA regulations

Project Overview

The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.

The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.

Job Summary

In this role, you will liaise between engineering and field operations and provide guidance on executing constructability plans. You will lead construction design decisions, interdisciplinary reviews, and project staffing. You will monitor construction performance and review deliverables. You will use your expertise to improve Bechtel’s existing methods by initiating project assessments and implementing improvements.

Major Responsibilities

Project

  • Provides Construction recommendations on multiple disciplines/functional integration
  • Facilitating the development and execution of approved Constructability ideas and plans.
  • Organizes input to the Constructability Program process and schedule, identifying construction related requirements to other functions in time to support their estimating efforts during project development/Front-End Engineering and Design (FEED) phase.
  • Develops and disseminates Constructability Review Matrix.
  • Conducts Constructability awareness training

Non-Project

  • Develops and delivers the Constructability awareness training and/or enterprise or project supervisory and technical training
  • Maintains/develops enterprise-wide processes and procedures
  • Coordinates with projects to implement Quality Management System
  • Sponsors and develops enterprise applications
  • Advises and contributes to proposal efforts

Education And Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge And Skills

  • Minimum 8 years experience working in a multi discipline enviroment managing the following scopes - Concrete, CSA & Electrical.
  • Minimum 6 years experience working in GCC regions.

What You'll Build

The Solution Sales Support is a strategic sales support role that combines deep SAP expertise, business acumen, and end-to-end domain knowledge of the SAP Business Transformation Lines of Business (BTM LoB) and supports SSE in accelerating the adoption of innovation (especially AI), and positions the organisation as a market leader.

  • Support Account Ownership & Strategy: Support the SSE as the BTM LoB owner for assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans that align with customer goals, business objectives and the broader account plans of the account team.
  • Support the End-to-End Customer Value Journey with Domain Expertise: Support providing domain expertise and thought leadership in the solution area to understand and address high-priority business challenges. Lead end-to-end process mapping and the customer value journey, owning the transformation roadmap for the LoB.
  • Pipeline & Opportunity Support: Support in identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving pipeline growth, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Support Value Proposition & Executive Engagement: Support with value advisors to craft compelling narratives that articulate ROI, value leakage, and competitive advantages. Conduct strategic discovery and workshops, and deliver persuasive pitches that present solutions to distinct customer business and buying-centre challenges to accelerate executive buy-in and drive demand independently of RFPs.
  • Support in Commercial Negotiations: Support complex pricing and contractual discussions, balancing client expectations with organisational profitability and cloud revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building & Governance: Support C-suite engagement and Buying Centre alignment by fostering long-term, high-value relationships and converting executives into advocates and brand ambassadors. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and internal stakeholders, focusing on solution adoption, innovation, risks and opportunities.
  • Support Ecosystem & Partner Engagement: Support relationships with strategic consulting partners (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY) and with VARs to co-innovate, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and shape disruptive solutions. Maintain direct, high-quality relationships with partner account leads.
  • Collaboration & Orchestration Support: Align closely with Sales, CSM, and Marketing to ensure SSE impact is fully integrated into the go-to-market engine through a tailored GTM approach. Drive joint accountability and coordination across internal stakeholders to maximise market impact.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industry Process Consultant to join our team, primarily focused on implementing Quintiq planning solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business processes and optimization who are passionate about delivering value through tailored planning systems.
